    Default UniAW version 3
Haha.. just came across these images from TimelessHD, can't believe this is over 3 years ago now, it's way before Dacal got involved too, this was version 3.1, so version 1 must have been 4 to 5 years ago now. I can find a version 2.1 on my Mac but nothing for before that.

It's amazing how the window idea still keeps popping up.

Wonder if it'll still be going in another 3 years

Thanks to all of you, enjoy your holidays.

I'm not sure if its something I inadvertently caused through my own modding, but i have found that the analog clock is a main reason for a lot of lag and jank on animations. The way the timer is fired and the clock hands need to be repainted causes for fps drop and dropping entire frames. Just a heads up. If I knew how to change the timer for it I would but for now I turned off the analog clock and my animations are running smooth

Iv'e been running this since the days of the iphone 3G, but since then so many things have been added that could cause lag, the main ones I guess would be the second hand & the birds, plus some weather conditions have a lot happening at once, the beauty is you have the ability to easily switch almost all things off if your device is struggling.

Not sure what device you have but I run the i5 & 4S (now my wife's) with everything on without any issues.

I wonder what animation challenges the A7 chip and iOS 7 might present, Ian. Are things stable enough on the home/work fronts for you - that you may be able to toy around with iOS7 UniAW when things get stable with Mobile Substrate?

ok all has anyone gotten an html theme to work on ios 7? mainly of course uniaw?

Nope. Won't be possible without Mobile Substrate and Winterboard updated - which they're not yet. This early jailbreak release took even Saurik by surprise. He wasn't in the loop at all. Evad3rs were acting a little on their own to get this cash from China on a Chinese version of Cydia. It was big bucks to evad3rs - so they pushed out this release. So it'll be a while before we get UniAW up and running. In my mind -- I'm still thinking February like my original predication about jailbreak release. Though with the jailbreak fully released - devs can test stuff and hopefully it will be a lot sooner. We'll see.

Mobile Substrate works only on 4, 4S and 5 - and only in a limited way. Winterboard installs but doesn't run anything on any phone. So I don't know where you heard Winterboard 'is working', bro...

installed bootstrap for mobile substrate and wham.

Yeah.. I was wondering if you're using the secret weapon BootStrap. That makes many more things work on non-A7 phones. I'm gonna try HTML stuff now.. I'll let you know.

I'm on i5 and have added some page transition type animations. But via devtools that second hand is a killer. I read that if you can get the timer and repaint to fire between screen refreshes it is a huge benefit to stopping lag. But as is "out of the box" uniaw runs fine :-)

Thank you, Krima!! I'll use that.. Doesn't help A7 users though right? Still only non- A7.?

And is anyone noticing that after a Respring after install of a new tweak that all your icon positions you set in Gridlock go away .. Another Respring.. Still original position. Put your phone to sleep.. Come back a few minutes later.. and all your icon positions are in their Gridlock positions..? Weird..

But everything will be weird for a while..
