Walls still a moving for me. Haven't had any stops since yesterday. Using Dacals latest replacement files.
GPS still doesn't work for me though in my current location with accu or yahoo. Think that may be same thing Ian is experiencing that Dacal just mentioned. A few of the walls look a little pixelated too on my i5. 12-45.jpg is one of them. Most are great though, like this one:

My experience is the same as Simon's. Except I have no GPS issues at all and haven't since I started. All updating is working perfectly for me.. Though I will turn on the clock for tomorrow to make sure it matches my other Yahoo weather widgets for change of location.. I use this as a SB widget - so all I see are weather animation changes. I'll do a day of testing with clock and info on..

Agreed about 12-45 pixelation issue and I found one other.. Don't remember which one..

Having fun with this update.. Love it!!!

    Let me know.

Ian, i think i know why it shows OFFLINE in your specific situation, i will correct later.
    Thanks Dacal,

I have been testing for two hours now, it's the longest I have seen the scrolls work for me You may have cracked it. I will keep looking throughout the day and post again tonight M8, but please, if this fixed it, do you know why? cause it's been driving me nuts, why was it ok for some and not for me?
I see what you did but still don't understand why the old way didn't work.

    Thanks again David.

    Hi Simon,

Yes M8, thats why I said it wasn't finished & there was still a few images I didn't like, when I first started this I took some smaller images and tried stretching them, but like you see it just isn't good practice. There are a few others too!

If you find some good ones please let me know, but should be at least 2560X1440.

    Ian.

Read back a few posts. The answer is there. And you are NOT a noob, Fattone..

Rename Widget.html to Wallpaper.html and two other steps.. Read back a few posts.

Sincerely ? I don't know why, because it never stopped for me... I just use the old way with webkit animation because i know it must work for every one... lol !

PS : with this way, if you want to speed up the animation, you can reduce the duration value in the CSS. I have put webkit-direction to alternate, so normaly the wall will scroll faster and when it will complete its translation to the left, the animation must reverse and translate to the right.

It's likely....if I can get to it [with new UniAW]....but to me doesn't quite feel right. It's augustborn's work, after all, and he didn't post it here. I'll definitely ask first!

Ferlop15, do you have seen that the sunset/sunrise PNG are different in the SB widget on ToPaz (different from the LS ones, no 3D effect) ?

I think it's better to use them.

No, I didn't know....I'll check the images folder now.....When you started working alongside Ian in this UniAw, I haven't used Topaz animations much, lately, buddy!!!....I did kinda noticed the Dacal sun in UniAw was not as clear, but I didn't give it too much thought. Thanks

edit....oh, they're different size images, so the sun is zoomed-in a little, losing some clarity..

David, it's been working for me all day now. Fixed

I know we can go left and right with the walls but this was not my intention from the start, I am already downloading more walls to try a 12 minute version, I really don't want them going back and fore.
If 12 minutes is also too slow then I go for 10 minutes. That said, I don't want them fast, I really do like them slow but at present they are just a little too slow, I'm hoping the 12 minute version will be good.

Thanks for your time on the scrolls David, I know your mega busy M8, I don't know what the issue was either but am very happy they are finally working correctly.

David, what version of ToPaz has the sunset/sunrise stuff? Is it the Cydia version?
