Ok sorry for stupid question but is the ones that the scrolling stops using on the SB? And the ones that always work using it in LS?

I changed the widget to Wallpaper so it would work on my SB.

Just trying to figure it out as why it stops and starts.

    Hi all,

WOW, thanks so much for all your testing
Thanks Dacal, I'm gonna try your fix now but won't be back on the net most of the day so will get back to you tonight.

RKO1195, sory M8, I removed the code for the red moon, believe me it just didn't look right, so for now it's just the red sun.

Grant, the sunset things only happen in weather conditions that have the sun, so not in "Cloudy" condition.

I gotta run now people, thanks again for all the feedback.

    Ian.

    EDIT,

Just did a quick test with Dacal's fix and now I'm stuck with this, and scroll is not working.
I really must run now, will look later.

    EDIT AGAIN:

So now it starts working but again no scroll

Can some of you guys test without internet connection please? Thanks again all.

The screen shot below doesn't make a lot of sense to me, I have gps set to true, cookie off, and my accu code is set to Macau, I am in Wan Chai so it is showing me the correct weather + location from gps (if it was using local it would show Macau) but it says "Offline" for coordinates.. weird, the coordinated are good as the LS works fine: Lat=22.278553, Long=114.171245.

    Hi Brian,

Any chance you can try for an hour offline?

    To all,
The scroll is a little slow, but you can't really just speed it up like other versions because it is designed as a one way scroll only, the scroll takes 15 minutes and it changes walls every 15 minutes.

If I can get this issue solved I may make it change walls every 10 minutes (or even 12 minutes might work and this means only another 24 images), so the scroll would be also for 10/12 minutes speeding it up a bit, this of coarse means a heep more walls but I think it will be worth it in the end.

Thanks, but there is still a few that I'm not too happy with, that's why I said it's not finished yet.
But when I do change the ones I'm not too keen on I leave them in the folder as "alt" images so you can still use them if you wish.

I would have done it by now if I could have gotten this scroll issue fixed, it's a strange one and caused me much stress and time.

Ian, I am running it on my mac continuously, and checking code as well. One quick thing. Have you noticed that the 4:15 and the 6:30 shots are the same. Don't know if this is intentional. I've also loaded on my iPad, and on both devices, I can't replicate the issue. Maybe its only on iPhone? I don't have a JB iPhone to test it on, so, I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help

    Hi MJ,

LOL.. yes, it's intentional for me, I love the sea and at 4:15AM I never got to see it I'll change it in the final version.
    Thanks for testing.

    Thanks ferlop,

The image you have in the BG is one of a few I still got to change, it turns out the images with white skies don't look too good so I got to do something about them.

OK, so now I really dooo have to go, I got a boat to catch, I already cancelled my doctor and dentist appointments this morning so I could spend a little time here.

Ian - as you're cleaning up some images - one artistic thought - feel free to totally discard my input here. In your sky daytime replacement gradients - they're Perfect!! Very realistic! But in several of the night ones there's a 'brown-ish' hue in the bottom of the gradient toward the horizon.. The hues seem like they should go from dark black then move toward bluer/purple tones near the horizon.. There are several that are very 'brown' looking to my eyes. Does anyone else notice this?

But overall I'm so thrilled with this idea.

And I agree maybe 10 minute would even be better allowing for a faster movement of the background maybe even affecting the sun/moon/stars containers too which would be even more realistic to turning your head while watching a panoramic vista.

    Thanks for all your work!!

    Grant

My other clock was off center by a pixel, I think....This one is better.....Drop both images in Images/clockface folder....

I've been meaning to ask here....tho, off topic, seems many folks are downloading and testing ios7....Is the only way to download ios7 by getting a developers account and paying the $100 fee? Again, sorry, some things I'm not very current on....
