Thread: UniAW6.0 for iph4 & iph5

Thanks MJ, That's very kind of you.
Now I'll have to buy an iPad !!

I was using mj's never tried w ur walls, u might as well just crop if ur not panning vertically/horizontally

Sorry didnt read previous posts looks like it was determined smaller walls are better. Still love your mod simon :-) im gonna work on scrolling blur and i want to try and implement the yahoo weather blur to it as well like dacal/drifter did. Also i was thinking the way the sarif lockscreen has the wall paper split so you can peak "behind" it is awesome. If this could be done with a static background and have uniaw split/blur and pause would be a very cool effect. Im really ecstatic to be a part of this hive mind. This thread is awesome thank you all!

That's pretty much the size I was using for all my ultimate pano mods. Most of them turn out fine. But there were quite a few that I noticed looking blurry or pixelated. That may be because of scaling but just as likely the originals may have been upconverted to that size. I have a feeling if you try any of the blur effects using these walls you will see similar glitchyness, that being said without the blur effect they worked perfectly for scrolling. Just some of mine weren't very clear. Maybe it was the site I was getting them from, I dunno.

Here is an example of what I have to do to almost all scrolling images, some are easy like this one, but some take an hour to do!

PS. these screen shots have been dramatically reduced in size for posting here.

Ok guys. Using johncov 6.3 and the sunset and sunrise times are behind (off) by an hour. Need to be plus 1.

I have the GMT at 0. Is there something else I need to change?

    Final release:

Unsure at this point, at least 2 or 3 weeks.
Apart from doing all SB versions there is little changes, new twilight code (thanks Marty) and scrollingTW that change every 15 minutes.
I'm just in the middle of a huge project that bridges Hong Kong to Macau to China, it's another world record project, my part (the tunnel) is going very slow at the moment! I have very little time to spend on the UniAW, I am probably spending about 2hrs per day after work doing images at present.
Dacal got the widget yesterday to check all is good.

    Hi Ian,

I read an article a couple weeks ago about the proposed bridge that will connect Hong Kong to Macau. I forgot how many years they said this project has taken to get off the ground but I do recall it's been in the planning and finance stages for a very long time.

I've been meaning to ask you if the hole you're digging was part of this project to connect Hong Kong to Macau... Well, now I know.

I'm sure it is Very hard work, yet I bet exciting as well!

I believe the article I read stated just about Everyone entering or exiting China goes through Hong Kong and the ferries are very busy. This new bridge is supposed to alleviated a lot of the transportation Head Aches.

    Anyway, Best Regards...

Nothing exiting to take pictures of at present, just a dirty job site LOL... Completion date is expected in mid 2016, the project has more or less just started, Budget is US$10.7 billion for the 50km long bridge.
