    As UVIndex!

    This Feature would be nice!
    Yes you will have to put in some code like
    Code:
    if (($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex  >= 0) && ($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex <= 2)) {
    		document.getElementById("UVIndex").innerHTML = '<span>'+UVIndextext+'</span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #4eb400;">'+$.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex+'</span>';
    		}

    		if (($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex  >= 3) && ($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex <= 5)) {
    		document.getElementById("UVIndex").innerHTML = '<span>'+UVIndextext+'</span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #f7e400;">'+$.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex+'</span>';
    		}

    		if (($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex  >= 6) && ($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex <= 7)) {
    		document.getElementById("UVIndex").innerHTML = '<span>'+UVIndextext+'</span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #ff9000;">'+$.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex+'</span>';
    		}

    		if (($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex  >= 8) && ($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex <= 10)) {
    		document.getElementById("UVIndex").innerHTML = '<span>'+UVIndextext+'</span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #ff0000;">'+$.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex+'</span>';
    		}

    		if ($.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex  >= 11) {
    		document.getElementById("UVIndex").innerHTML = '<span>'+UVIndextext+'</span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #998cff;">'+$.cookie('jsonCookie').UVIndex+'</span>';
    		}
    just replace the UVIndex with the temp call out and adjust the temp numbers to your liking. and put it in the YAHOO or ACCU .JS file and replace the temp call out
    this line document.getElementById("temp").innerHTML = tempValue + "°"; You will also have ot take account for wether you use C or F

    Learn some coding.. or use a widget that already has that feature.

    Check the last post on the previous page.

    I didn't read it thoroughly, but it looks like it gives you a different color based on a range of the value. Is that what you want?

    my 2 cents..

    I don't give a damn if its yahoo or accuweather or dude outside yelling to me the weather.

    beta alpha or zebra..

    when the weather goes down, almost everyone who codes has busted *** to fix it.
    then gave us a choice on what to use.

    then the old code works, ok...
    I bet ya ian dacal king marty simon and whom ever else will get whatever working working.

    a lot of things I read are like no do this no do that.. my thoughts.. YOU do this and YOU do that. or stick to whats been free and given to you as such.

    hell I still have an old copy of uniaw3.1 tells you ian has been doing this for a while for free..
    all these iwidgets are generally not coded by the themer. so they are given to the themer for free and the themer sells them.

    if they don't work.. oh well.

    anyhow..

    balloons here, get your balloons here.

    But if, in yours and Durben's "talking in secret code to each other", the "beta" feed is something new you're working with - then I misunderstood. You guys sometimes are confusing us by trying to talk "in code" in front of us so as to keep secret your project. No secret code in there like King said.
    It literally just meant we are using yahoo differently.
    It's not a secret that we are hacked into the weather app itself.

    No overanalysis.... .. You said you no longer were dealing with Yahoo anymore. I said - me neither - good riddance.. King didn't understand what I was saying good riddance too. The same thing YOU left behind - Yahoo's beta feed. Don't know how anybody got confused or saw overanalysis.. You left the same beta Yahoo feed as I want to. Simple.

    Just preferring 'plain talk' in the end though.... Talking 'in code' is what's happening all the time when people are 'on the inside' of a project. It's kinda rude - though unintentional.. But the people on the inside never realize how they're coming across.. It's one of the reasons I left the Elite thread. The alpha team, though containing some of the people I most respect on the forum - started to act very 'clique-ish' with all their "talking in code" (Squad up) nonsense. It was like a bad nightmare of high school all over again - at times. I know everybody's motives are good and you're great people - but you really were losing sight of how you were coming across. .. It's all good.. Water under the bridge - but I haven't gone back.

    But let's just all talk plain about this new project of King's and yours-- tell us where you are - show us how the project's going - be forthright... all that good 'collegial' jazz.. No one's squeezing you to release something that's not ready.. But good updates - and obstacles you're hitting makes people feel part of the process. Ian and Dacal work this way with the public. They're very 'inclusive' - as opposed to 'exclusive'. Elite 'alpha' works with an 'exclusive' vibe. There's a big difference in the good or bad will it generates, bro. Trust me.

    The video goes a LONG way to 'including' a wider audience. Much appreciated, D. !!
