So found a bit of time tonight to do some more work, since the datastore node is a folder of sorts it's only right that they have titles so you can find the right storage node that you want at a glance so I began implementing this, the node framework itself is still half finished but I figured I'd work from the process of adding the node to the UI

Fixed some memory bugs, ARC needs some pushing in the right direction sometimes it seems, but an issue with crashing while switching out and back to the theme is resolved. Also planning on making full use of activator to fully integrate theme interactivity, and considering dropping the radial menu node as it is essentially another glorified folder and I think time would be better spent working on the lockscreen and media controls

-- And since I started this in like March, I still have no bloody clue what images theme the keyboard _

iOS keyboard is code generated. The popups are images though, located in /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/[email protected]
Popups are thus themeable through WinterBoard, (com.apple.UIKit bundle) as well as the shift key halo and some ten other minor files, plus the keyboard popover loupe.

Color Keyboard is the tweak allowing to skin it. Phatmartino is that 'keyboard WinterBoard' guru.
The theme I run is 3 4 All, by Sk37cH.

Thanks very much for the pointer, I figured as much since it wasn't as straight forward as theming the rest of UIKit, I'll just have to tackle that barrier later at some point

    You're welcome.

    Thanks for your hard work.

I'm very much intrigued by this node stuff. I'm pretty impressed while I don't fully understand what it is. I need to check your DreamBoard theme.

The code method IS the most popular since it doesn't take as much labor... BUT you can also create images for each keyboard instead (about 108 different kb images). I created my CK theme w/ the image method- look up Alien CK [HD].

    Phatmartino was very helpful

Thanks again, it's pretty much a basic concept I had on having all of your apps, etc represented as points in a 3D space; in this case on a 2D plane with perspective effects rather than actually moving about a 3D space

Thanks man, I'll take a look but I doubt I have the patience to theme 108 images hahaha

Yep you are right (and experienced) regarding the different methods of making Color Keyboard themes.

Apple's mobile OS generates the different keyboard planes through code. That's what the bit you quote meant to say

Started doing some graphical work today before I tie the loose ends and put the beta together, node flagging for when the nodes are focused near the centre of the screen

    Oh boy!!! Getting Giddy.
Oh, Groovy... Wynd is back and he's beta testing the update to DB. There apparently is a fix for the Lockscreen. I know this theme doesn't use DB, per se... but just an update.

Hey I actually spoke to Wynd a couple of days ago about what he has planned for dreamboard, I gave him some suggestions and agreed to help him work toward more native functionality

Just to keep you guys updated, basically hit a crashing problem that is persistent and I can't seem to fix at the moment _ will let you know as soon as it is stable but apart from that it is very nearly ready

    Hey that looks sweet!

Another update, sadly I changed some code and my computer crashed and lost my markers - and I can't remember what the hell I'd changed but node handling stability is just messed up with frequent crashing. It could only be something simple but it looks like I've got to spend some time working out what's wrong pahaha.

I'll post another update as soon as possible, just a bit frustrating when the beta is close to finishing

-- As it happens I'd added something for debugging and forgotten about it, problem solved but still have the initial bug i was trying to get out

Excuse the lag but crashing issue resolved and finished node handling implementation, just have purely graphical work to do now before major release
