Help with using Siri themes on a TJB iPhone 4

I'm using the tethered 6.0.1 jailbreak on my iPhone 4 and am trying to apply the Neurotech theme for Siri. I've tried changing the load order/priority for it in Winterboard, and nothing has worked. Do I need to reboot for it take effect?

I would try a reboot just to see if that would work.

Siri artwork files must have changed in ios6...there is no working siri skin for ios6 as of today
