In Winterboard theme list , did you had any other theme running as well, as that could cause interference, even if Swipe would be ranked above the other "ticked" theme, because Winterboard will load all ticked themes.

The current version is even better, simply because there is nothing Yahoo in it at all. Location is done through Google, location name and maps, weather is done through WorldWeatherOnline.
The thing with Yahoo is you need one Yahoo url to get the WOEID from the latitude and longitude which are in myLocation.txt, then you need another Yahoo url with the WOEID (which got extracted from the first Yahoo response file) to get the weather and then you need another Yahoo url with the Location ID (which got extracted from the second Yahoo response file) to get the 4 day forecast.
WorldWeatherOnline is much simpler, you get the current weather (more detail as well) plus the next 4 days forecast (again with more detail) all from just one url, as WorldWeatherOnline just needs your latitude and longitude. Best of all this is also free, all you have to do is to register for a free API key, see Free Local Weather API Overview | XML Weather | JSON | CSV | Worldwide Weather | WorldWeatherOnline.com. The "Swipe Setup" has now a field where you can enter your free API key and off you go.
I also have added another field where you can enter your own custom RSS New Feed url, so you are not stuck on the predefined selection.
So now "one finger" swipe to the left gives you the current weather, a "two finger" swipe to the left gives you the 4 day forecast in a scrollable window. Google Maps is now 2-fingers to the right.
Let's see what else I can put in as I still have all 4 swipe directions for the "3-finger" swipe free.

Swipe-beta has been taken of the repo!
Swipe 1.0 is now on the MMUS repo (apt.mmus.us)
Did not want to fill up this thread with another 22 screenshots, so instead resized them and put them on a webpage, together with an explanation what Swipe Lockscreen Theme is all about.

As I do not speak Italian or Spanish I got the translations from Google Translate, so any mistakes or improvements please let me know.

I like version 1.0, but was wondering if it is possible in a future update to change kmh to mph and mm to inches?

I haven't looked at the code yet, but was just throwing this out there. Obviously I am using Fahrenheit for temp.

Swipe 1.1 is on the MMUS repo, with reworked Setup window

Added a metric ("km" and "mm") and imperial ("miles" and "inches") selector, so now wind speed, rainfall and visibility are displayed accordingly to the selection.
Also changed the clock selector to an easier option as it was hard to add/remove the tick in that tiny box.

Just reloaded Swipe 1.1 on the MMUS server as I added the Setup page in different languages. e.g german

The thing is the english Setup page will load each time by default, to get to the different language Setup page, select your language, e.g. Deutsch, then "Save" it, after the 2 comfirmation messages the Setup page will reload in the selected language (in this example German and will look as above).

Yes, I know!
I have setup the repo in that way on purpose, because this way you can even install older versions if the newer ones are not as good or not compatible or what ever reason.
All other repos only allow the newest version to be installed, which is a "pain in the arse" for my 2G on OS 3.1.3 as almost nothing works any more on OS 3.1.3.
You have to uninstall previous Swipe versions before you install the new one, don't worry the database will stay!

btw I have updated the Swipe Lockscreen Guide to version 1.1.

FYI, when I uninstalled the old version and then installed the new version, it did not remember my API key. It would be nice if I didn't have to re-input the key every time.

Just wanted to confirm that it doesn't work on 3GS, 5.1.1
Both versions.
InteliScreenX installed.
No other tweaks installed.
It's on the top of the list and no other themes checked. (Winterboard)
The only thing that works is slider and wallpaper

Hmm, I uninstalled through Cydia, but it was the Swipe-beta version, then installed the Swipe 1.1 and all my settings from the database were still there. The database is not part of the package, the database is created outside the package folders, it should not be deleted.

Thanks, as it works on a iPod3 on iOS 5.1.1, which has no IntelliScreenX installed, I only can assume that that might be a problem, just as LockInfo is a problem.

There is another way to test.
Uninstall Swipe, then check /var/mobile/Library/Webkit/database/file_0 if there is still a .db file, the database!

The example key is a placeholder that is coded into SwipeSetup.html
