    Hi all.
Not many will relate to this guy, but I'd like to share anyway. I've decided to rasterize the layers, but still keep them all separate, and leave the layer styles, so there's still something to be learnt from it. I did notice one little stuff up on the highlights whilst I was doing this, but It's not that noticeable, so I'll fix it soon.

The basic idea is I start with a photo of Hunter. Then I draw the main sections first with the pen tool. The rest is just trial and error. Each image is different in terms of where to start, and how to group the layers. If I take the nose for example, I can see that it must sit over some shadows, and under others. It's also covered by the glasses, so the edge of the nose that's covered by these, doesn't have to be perfect.
Another little tip is to put the points of your vector shape down at a reasonable zoom level that allows you to still easily make out the lines on the original. Then zoom in further, and get up close and personal with the pixels. Switch between the direct selection tool [ctrl+a], and the pen tool [ctrl+p]. This will allow you to add points to the path if needed, and move existing ones around.

The main thing to remember is that up until it's nearly done, It hardly looks like a person at all, so don't be discourage if you venture into one of these. It's like those paintings that look like colored random shapes up close, and from afar, they tell a whole different story. I'd be willing to share a vector version to close friends should they want to investigate further, or mod for personal use, so just PM if needed.

    Thank you.

The main background layer was flattened because I never know how the pattern fill goes with other users that don't have it installed (like fonts?). Just message me if you need it. Hunter is all separated, so you can add him to any wallpaper, and even change the global lighting if it suits the setup The movie Vic mentioned, is based on one of his novels. Its a cult classic, that seems timeless, but that's probably just my age showing
    Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Much appreciated.

Here's another WIP. I'm going to do some of the different camouflage colors as alternates, and so you can change depending on what character is alive. This way, if you don't have Tiny Troopers 2, it may even make a good icon for some other games. Also in the screen is a Radsone icon, which I took inspiration from the app's UI. I still have Real Racing3, and angry birds to do before the update, so maybe this weekend. Thank you.

Which ones are missing? I'll be back at the UI tomorrow, so I can look at doing the rest Thank you.

Edit: Just a thought, but are you running the UI? I just thought I'd check, because I released a public beta a couple of pages back, but from a mobile it looks as though I'm referring to the "4 You" theme, because the (i) is treated as a tag, and doesn't display. It's the 4 You(i) theme though, with the status bar images.

Just thought I'd throw that out there just in case there's any confusion.

Sweet. Any problems let me know, but I've still got a lot of images to go. I think the status bar is all done except the headset battery BG.

Hopefully it'll only get better I did a bit more investigating into the method for theming the settings icons (eg: AppInfo), via a plist. It's fairly straight forward, and only requires the end user to add one file to preference bundle. I think with a quick PDF guide, it would be easy enough for most beginners. Thank you.

Here's some of the new icons (notes icon onward). I've also added quite a few settings icons for the update. The UI is slowly coming along. I made a quick calculator concept today, and I'll look at finishing off some more UI images this week. Thank you.

I got caught up making a few more icons. I needed an alternate chrome icon because I was sick if looking at that mash of color on my homescreen Never been a fan of the colors that icon uses anyway, so I dulled it down, and simplified it. I put the update off, and I'll submit the updated auxo toggles, and the icon package at the same time. Thank you.

Just a quick update. 4 Auxo is now updated to version 1.3, including the latest DND and Settings toggles (large+small), and a the rest of the media glyphs (airplay etc). OP updated, but it's here save you the trip Thank you.

    4 Auxo [1.3]
1.) you'll need iFile or some method of SSH, and Winterboard already installed.
    2.) Download "4 Auxo.zip" from HERE
    3.) Transfer and un-archive (unzip) to, var/stash/Themes/
4.) Apply "4 Auxo" in Winterboard, and re-spring.

Thank you The DND moon is the stock Photoshop moon. I added a stroke with a round join, to the outside of the path in Illustrator. Then set the fill to nothing, and from the menu choose Object -> Expand Appearance. Merge the 2 paths into one so all you have left is the smooth outer path, and none of the spikey ends of the PS moon.
And the settings icon is no mystery Just goes to show that if you have a nice vector path to start with, it's hard to go wrong... and if you do, just change some styles, move things around, and she'll be sweet

The icons are still being worked on, so no update just yet sorry. I've had a ball playing this game I just recently found (Badland. I know it's old news to some). I had to make something special for the icon, so I've almost finished a first draft, and then I'll package everything up asap. It's going to be something I'll work on over the next few weeks and see if I can add some details. I'd like to pick a nice tree from the background landscape and incorporate it into the BG layer of the icon. It's a style of drawing that I like working with.... I just have to transfer it into shapes, and without the familiar pen and paper.

Little UI update though. No prizes for guessing what I'm working on now About an hour of playing in Illustrator makes photoshop seem so much easier. Should have something worth an update soon[ish]. Thank you.
