does this theme work with ios 6 im thinking about updating and doing a tethered jailbreak on my iphone 4.... but im not gonna do it if there isnt any themes that work with it yet or if anyone gives me any advice as to why i shouldnt go from 5.1.1 to 6.0.1 other than its untethered.

Many tweaks aren't updated for iOS 6+

Hi all. I just thought I'd quickly drop a few icons, and something I find interesting. I tried to replicate iskarioT's message icon style, so I could make a few icons. I spent quite a few hours trying to get it as close as I could. Here's my attempt.



I sent a PM to iskarioT asking if I could possibly share the icons I made. He not only said yes, but offered his .asl. All these icons are made with the style I used to replicate the messages icon, so they're not exactly as iskarioT's.
So what should this tell you? If you're willing to put in an effort, people are more likely to offer their help. Thank you iskarioT for what I've learnt from you. Also thank you to cl1ck, for the support and motivation. Thank you Alfroggy for all your help lately. Thank you Vic for your help and support. And thank you Henftling (Jens), for all your support, and PSDs.

I also included the purple cord version of my viber icon. The new icons are posted below, or if you'd prefer, you can get all the icons I've done, in a ready to run bundle from HERE. Thank you and enjoy.

yeah the last one is sorta getting there man, but it's hard to explain.. i'm still very much a padawan myself bro, i don't even use photoshop.. i messed around in gimp though and made this..might have gone a bit too far with the shelf..? i've never made an icon but i thought i might as well post it to show you what i ended up with from the icon you originally posted..it was a sick books image to start with

I actually like the shelf. Gives it more of a "feel". I'll mess around some more.
I'm kind of a perfectionist. After getting the hang of what i do know in PS it was easier to get the icons to look the way i wanted them to (compared to the trash i was orgiinally sharing). The ones in the beginning didn't look too bad at first. But after literally staring at them i could see they were below par. Also, many mistakes were made that i didn't realize or after posting and looking at them, didn't know how to correct.
Right now, i have this idea for folder icons that i'm working on. I have a mental image. Trying to break it down in stages in my mind as how to make it work. So studying youtube tuts like a muthaflucka for the past week. But not finding what i need to help me. Might have to combine techniques or something. Dunno. Anywayz...
Practices makes perfect but only if you practice perfectly.

That's me in my avatar (wearing a black mask i made...lot of people ask). So also working on making a gif of myself. After the folder icons of course.

I really like this awesome LS... I have installed SnowCover in adition. Usually snow cover pops up (although if I have activated other lockscreens in witnerboard) when I am hearing music. If I am using your LS SnowCover will be behind your layers (I see your cube, but the functionallity of snow cover is still there. E.g. I can swipe for next track!). Any glue which z-layer I might change in your code or is it another issue? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I'm the same man.. Still dont really know what I'm doing, and often don't end up up where I was initially intending to, but i'm always learning along the way so it's all good in the end.. Gimp is definitely limited but to be honest I'm kinda reluctant to get PS because I'll have to start again..
One thing I do know is that this stuff gets addictive and definitely brings out a little OCD in people!

Sorry, I have no idea why that's happening...Definitely not a z-index issue.. Is your snow cover on top in w-board? Maybe something to do with the strings folder..I'm sure someone will see this and know what's up though

3 things left to do...
1. Learn how to make "indentations" in the wallpaper
2. Learn how to make clear frames
3. work on my Folder Icon(s)
...then i'll be set.

It's not bad as icons go but I've come to expect more from you. Perhaps you could make the chuck go round and round and then add some animated sparks :-)
