Gonna have to use ifile to change the var locale of it. Should be it the theme folder or widget you got look for the plist Hope this helps this phone isn't jail broke and my 4s left it at home.

Just look in the LockBackground2.html and search for the location code. "GMXX0051" is mine from Germany for example

Id just add each one to the Icons Folder and name them as they are on springboard so for example oh and do 2 copies of each icon and name them as= so Twitter you put twitter icon in the icon folder name one Twitter.png and then another same icon different name [email protected] thats it to all the ones you want changing

You can merge the 2 methods together. Just remember to enable summerboard when using this "folder method". Just remember that icons that have the mask built into them, have to be used in the folder method explained in the quote above. All icons in my pack will be winterboard method only. This doesn't mean you can't merge it with other summerboard icons. Thank you.
