I would greatly appreciate the help. I have tried every foldericon in cydia and none of them are working.

Here's the steps. You will need some iFIle or SSH knowledge.

1.) Make sure you aren't using the FolderIcon tweak to "Remove Background".
2.) Download "Clear FolderBG.zip" from HERE.
3.) Copy this to your phone in Var/stash/Themes
4.) Unzip (un-archive) and remove the .zip
5.) Apply in "Clear FolderBG" winterboard.

You can add this to a custom bundle of your choice if you have one. Just so long as its above any other themes enabled in winterboard. It's just theming the standard folder background with a transparent image. I had the same issues, when I used springtomize or any other MS extension to hide the floder BG, it would result in safe mode loops

I will have to wait until I get home and see what happens. So far I am not even able to DL the tweak. As soon as I DL it I immediately go into safe mode.

That's most likely the preference file it leaves behind when you un-install. Did it cause safe mode on first install, or was it after you enabled it? Perhaps someone can elaborate on how to clear this file off your device. Not sure what the conflict is, but not many have this issue.

Chevy. I just can't download it when I hit download it says can't create file even though I have the folder needed for download if it's on media file or whatever I can dl it just can't in this I don't know why
