i wasnt actually sure whether they were meant to be 118x120 or 120x120 because I went back and checked the first package K sent out, and it's 120x120 in that one, and the edge isn't cut off..but in the updated pack it's 118x120 with the missing edge...

standard:

credits to Oldster & Mone & all persons are involved.
you want time walls instead of weather pictures?
Open the style.css and delete at icons the two / / before display:none;
and delete at time wall display: none.
change in the setup.js "c" to "f" for english.
Touch right at the bottom of middle for picture
Touch left Top of the middle for weatherinfos
Lockinfo not compatible atm
Aaaaand this is the original clock!Lockscreenclock MUST enabled!!
Color i have changed with Springtomize under Themes!

I messed up resizing them the first time (using action batch). They should be 118x120. I'll fix settings when I can as you're right, it was cut off and I forgot to move the door to the right a bit.

When I activate in winterboard, my lockscreen doesn't change at all... Am
I missing something?

You aren't missing anything. The beta comes with only icons for now.
