Page is a theme I'm working on for the homescreen and lockscreen, and the reason behind the name is simple; it is a gorgeous way to simplify your springboard into one page.

The theme uses folder icons to effortlessly blend folders into the springboard, and if that doesn't contain all your apps, scrollingboard is highly recommended so that your dock icons can scroll, this way, the springboard is almost inverted as the alternate icon set creates simplistic icons around a customizable wallpaper.
(I'm also consdering making an alternate icon set for FolderIcons so that you can have some which blend into the standard icon style)
