Sorry I should have put in a read me file. You need Wallpaper JPEGifier from cydia(it's free!). It allows you to set your wallpaper from settings.

When Jpegifier works.. :-(.. It's real buggy since 5.1. Often needs a reboot - not just a respring. But when it works -- it works.. :-)

Your very right it does take a reboot thanks for mentioning that.

Unless that's the old version. Did this happen at 8-9 am your local time? If so, download the version from the first post. This has been fixed

    MJ,
My only suggestion at this point for MJSmash is to go back through all of your Timed Wall images and make sure they have at least some "sky" in them. The thunderstorm and mostly cloudy animations sitting on top of the cliff picture for 11 AM looks a little weird. Though I know why you picked that picture. It's gorgeous. But it looks really weird having lightning bolts coming out of the middle of the cliff. Lol!!

Then on days when there is mostly cloudy or especially the storming days, just like you did to pages 2 and beyond with occluding the background to gray out the SB, is there any way to add a mostly transparent lighter graying on all of the timed walls on days when it's storming, mostly cloudy, snowing?

Just some thoughts. This is officially the longest any SB widget has ever stayed on my phone. :-)
Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

You mean to make the page 2 and above have a lighter transparency? Or on page 1 as well? I don't know if an overlay can depend on weather conditions, but I'll ask bombmom.

I will probably go through and fine tune some pics. Im working on an iPad rotating springboard based on some code from oldster. So, that's going to be coming soon.

One thing I ran into with one of my experiments last year was to create the actual overlays as clear images, then merge the "overlay effect" you want with the actual timed-image, if you get what I'm saying. That way each timed image will have it's own overlay effect. Just comments... good work you're doing Jess.

Sounds great - iPad! But what Manny said about the timed overlay thing. It would be for page 1 when on stormy or mostly cloudy or snowy days there would be a 'graying' of the timed wall pic like on a normal highly overcast day. All of the pics you chose for daytime were on "bright" days. Simply adding animated dark clouds doesn't capture the 'grayness' of diffused light on overcast days. You're such a meticulous artist with this stuff, MJ, that I thought it might challenge you to try and get greater realism. No worries. I'm currently working on a full set of Autumn timed walls. I'll run them by you first, of course. Night images don't need to change based on season.

NewDestinyX (Grant) normally I would request that mods be sent to me for approval first, however, since I have posted download links freely in this thread, and am no longer requiring donations to obtain this widget combo, please feel free to post mods here. My only requests is that all mods that you post in other threads make it to this one as well.

    I'm reasonable, I think.

And if your autumn times walls are up to the standard that is MJSMASH, I will have no problem adding it to the first page and making it the official autumn addon, with your permission

Totally accepted on all points, MJ! Love your work! Looking forward to getting the autumn images going! And for what it's worth - Schnedi did rid his mod of all MJSmash images. Good for him.

    Talk soon, Jess.
