but the My3G icon it's giving me a headache I tried everything in bundle, folder and making a folder call icons but nothing seem to work

Do you have the app AppInfo? Get that in Cydia. Open that up and look under packages/My3G. Look at the bundle name in that for. It should tell you what to name it. Make a new bundle folder. Example. com.My3Gxxxxx. In that folder put the icon there and rename it to what the AppInfo tells you.

Make sure the icons are named EXACTLY the same way they appear on the springboard. The names are case sensitive

Glad u got it working!! I wonder if somebody can make this icons shadows for shrink user but without the glow blue!!
