Thank you so much! Got it to work. I really appreciate the help.

I know this is a year behind the times, but i am new to the Jailbreak community, and although i have figured out how to use the "boss" theme, and most of its mods, i would really appreciate it if someone could help me to get the "boss.MP.TBSB.theme" up and running. I am having some difficulty. (See pic). All i can get to show is a shell of the overlays, and the date and time. No weather or other info.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me figure this out.

By the way Max, I really admire your work, and thank you for your contributions!

Not sure if this has been answered but to change this string you have to go under your main theme directory ....
/var/stash/Themes/XXXX.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard & there should be a folder of your language in my case "en.lproj". Once there, you may or may not see one file: SpringBoard.strings. Select this file in text viewer, if you're using ifile & have this file, search for "enter_passcode" and change to whatever you want or leave blank.

And if its not under Bundles>com.apple.sprinboard look under Folders>SpringBoard.app

    Hope this helps!

    P.S
Make a copy of your string file first, just in case & once here, you can change a lot of system strings!

Is this an iWidget or springboard widget?

Thanks, that's what I did, but instead of modifying the original boss file, I created the folder in another theme and edited the en.Iproj file, that way, if boss is updated I keep my text hidden.

    Big Guy,

I just tried this on my phone via ifile & it works... Do you have the iwidget version? If so, just rename the Widget.html file to Wallpaper.html, copy over to Themes folder & activate via Winterboard.

See if you're able to do so this way. I'll be home in a couple of hours so if it doesn't work for you or if you don't have the iwidget version, I'll upload

I decided to use Boss again, not knowing not everything is updated for iOS 6. I guess that's it anyway. Is there a fix for the dialer? Anything else not updated?

No worries, that is why we, a bit more experienced, help out and hopefully a few mounts down the road, you will help a "newbie" - we're all newbies at one point, no stupid newbie error. It's trial & error that's all.

Below is the MF link were you can download the SB version. just change to your weather code and you may need to bring the "top" down a bit.

Let me know if this helps

You will need a cydia tweak called "MyLocation" in order to get that widget working. Once you install, open the app, and check your location, the widget will automatically update.

Instructions on how to install it: Instructions.doc

To install, add this repo: kohidevice's Repository - MyRepoSpace.com
