The README.txt also has instructions on how I set up my Lock Screen version of nateD's widget. I included an inlay where you can display your LS Wallpaper through a transparent MiOS glass frame created by Max_Pa1n.

I don't know what slider you looking for, anyway here is my download link
Unzip it and ssh to var\starsh\Theme.xxxxx, apply in winterboard and respring (put it above your lockscreen theme)
