Go to Cydia then select "manage" then select "sources" then look for "MiOS". Write down the repo address and keep in a safe place. If you have AppInfo installed, you can open it and go to packages then in the upper right corner hit "export" and email yourself the report. It will include all the repo addresses you have installed plus all the tweak info from everything that you have installed from Cydia. This is the list I use to reinstall my tweaks.
