For the loading screen and ui sounds are for your own winterboard theme
in ifile or some ssh software, navigate to /var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx/YourThemeNameHere.theme/
In YourThemeNameHere.theme, dump the UISounds here.
For the loading screens, inside YourThemeNameHere.theme, create a new folder called "Bundles"
Inside "Bundles" put the bundle id as a new folder (ex. settings would be com.apple.Preferences) and but the loading screen in here.
Apply your theme in winterboard, respring, and it should work.

EDIT: is there a live tile set for biteSMS?
I tried creating my own but for some reason it isn't working... I've checked the image sizes and they're correct; what are the permissions supposed to be? thanks. the same thing happened with a custom tile I tried to do for Calendar.
(EDIT: I removed the plist file in the biteSMS folder and it worked? lol.)

I'll go ahead an post the Teal UI I've been working on. I'm still on 5.01 so I will have to update some things when I update. I included a alternate chatkit with a dark grey wallpaper instead of the white and another if you dont like the rounded send and photo buttons.
Also if you want the "send" text hidden so its more like a circle like in my pic then you need to go into the System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ChatKit.frameworks and edit your ChatKit.strings of whatever language you use with the text viewer. For example "English.lproj" and search for "SEND_TITLE" and insert two spaces instead of "Send" For some reason the bitesms send button doesnt shrink down like the default sms but I still like it.
Hope you guys like it

Like @DannyZ83, I've also done a WB theme for this great theme with the look of windows phone 7 and windows 8, mixing them. Inside the theme, you'll find:
-Lots of square icons (your apps will also have a square form)
-Loading screen for the original apps.
-A grat UI with a touch of wp7 gray.
And more... As a picture tells more than 1000 pictures, here some pics, so you can see what I'm talking about:
P.S. Any suggestion will be really appreciated, and I'll try to improve with your ideas!

@txiki77 have u thought about removing the wallpaper shadow in your homescreen? i think it would really complete the metro style look. Also, see if you can get rid of the dock and the dock icon reflections. Idk, ur choice just spouting out ideas .
