Default Drifters Color Checker Utility iWidget
    Greetings Friends,

Ive noticed that hex colors I google never look the same on my iDevice as it does on my computer screen,
so I made a simple little Utility iWidget to allow me to see what a hex color looks like on my iDevice.

Very Basic, just enter your hex color in the iWidgets Options menu:

And see the result on your screen:

Maybe you might find this useful too

Download here: Drifters Color Code Checker.zip

Hi Drifter! Awesome work and with this one! :d

I wanna also ask you, is it still available an iWidget banner with which you can write your own text and it has inside to choose from a font list?

Yep, still available in my last posted iWidget Pack found here: Drifters iWidget Pack V8.1.1.zip

But I isolated and packed 2 versions for you here, both do what you want, but one scrolls your text too.

    Hope you like them

Default Newd WW City + AltLoc V2 - iWidget
    Okay gang,
I recently got The.Drifter's blessing to carry on his Independent Elements iWidget series over into Widget Weather conversions (this doesn't use myLocation app - but the new tweak Widget Weather). Drifter's on to new project which I'm sure will benefit us all.

This is an iWidget I've created for my friends here that uses your Main city on line 1 and gives you the option of a Line 2 containing secondary city info (which in the US I coded so that it will intelligently choose between your Township and the Borough/Section of a large city you're in). You can choose to add the word "Township" in Line 2 when it detects a US township or leave that off for non-US users.

    Features:
•Line 1 with main city. An addable line 2 which intelligently chooses between a US township and borough/section of a large city
    • An option for adding your US State 2 letter code after the City on Line 1
    • An option to use Dacal's city choice method from UniAW6 (WW versions) and other widgets he's created - where you choose between "default" (main city), "city2" (the other city the XML reports) and "neighborhood" (what's actually in neighborhood field in XML or county if ' n u l l ' is reported). For people not in US this may be more practical for you
•Options for font color, font type, font alignment and font sizes (18, 24, 30, 36px).

If your SB setup is just right and you just want an 'ultimate city reporting' iWidget with many options - you'll enjoy this! Using the Newd City choice method you won't ever see US County... So if you are a location information junkie -- you can just set whatever SB widget you're using to show you County (in config.js of SB widget, if it's Dacal coded, just choose "neighborhood" and most often you'll get county. Then this iWidget set using the NewdestinyX method will give you Main City/Township/State info all as choices.

Credits for ANYTHING I 'can' do these days in coding is always to:
Ian, Dacal, Durben, Drifter, King, MamaJaay & BombMom

Credit for the Independent Element Weather Widgets concept goes to The.Drifter

    Enjoy!

    Unzip and place in var/mobile/Library/iWidgets
Eldwin's iWidget Tweak is required from Cydia

Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

You can turn off GPS within the iWidget itself as you're launching the iWidget. You'll need to put your WOEID in for it to work.

Default Widget for bus riders in Puget Sound (Seattle), Atlanta, Tampa, Detroit, or New York
I'm looking for beta testers for my Arriving Buses iWidget based on the OneBusAway API.

This currently supports real time arrival information for 14 different public and private transportation agencies in the Puget Sound area, and the cities of Atlanta, Detroit, Tampa and New York.

Please PM me if you are interested / willing.

    Thanks, Tony (OnHiatus)

Man would love if it supported septa in Philadelphia pa !!

  31. #5559
I wrote it for Seattle, but because I used the OneBusAway API it was incremental (at least I thought it was going to be incremental...) to add the other OneBusAway cities. On the (possibly) plus side if Philadelphia moves to OneBusAway (any many cities do seem to be leaning that way) then it will automatically show up on my widget...

    Sorry
