    Something like that one.
One I saw before was a file you drop in, set a directory folder and it renames consecutively and uses a link to original. Gotta figure this out

There was a Facebook tile on the OS7:Revive thread a long while back that scanned the facebook app filesystem for picture names and then populated a list to display. I think that is the concept you are looking for. I will have to dig through my computer at home and see if I can come up with it. I will PM it to you later when/if I find it

Alright, so in case anyone else tries to use multiple edit type options: I was having an issue where it seemed that it was only saving the lost option I changed. After a few hours of debugging it finally occurred to me what the problem may be.

If you have multiple edit type options in a row, for it to save correctly the user must hit "Done" on the keyboard, if they just click into the next option without hitting done it well not save the options.

Check out my C8 Themed iPlayer Widget!
Warning: When changing any of the values make sure that you hit "Done" on the keyboard otherwise it will not save that setting. This is a limitation of iWidget and not something I can fix.

I recommend using iFile to set a symbolic link to "/var/mobile/media/iTunes_Controls/Music/" and to name that folder "Music" within the same directory as the iPlayer widget. This well allow you to point to the music files as I did in the video.

You can download it here. http://remabledesigns.com/iPlayer.zip

So, I was moving around an iWidget and while it was low, around the page dots, I accidentally pressed out of edit mode and it's stuck. I can't move it or delete it. How do I go about getting rid of it now? I was unaware that that area would render the iWidget unmanageable.

or go to var/mobile/library/Preferences/ and edit the iWidgets.plist, just delete the section that is related to the widget you are trying to remove.

This is really really well done. IMHO a simple concept but perfectly executed. Anyone can say "i'll put picture frames on the wall with an ss effect". But to have the perfect perspectives and ratios and colors is truly art.

    Great job Durben!!!

edit: not to mention i don't know how to create an iwidget. So this is very much respected and appreciated.

    Hello again
Today I updated the iWidget Database, with several new OP links. I must say...there's been some very nice talent getting dropped on the forums these days. Thank you all for your contributions. New entries include posts from The Drifter, EricB78, Mone mods, and more.

I must stress that I've not created or contributed to these iWidgets, I've only linked you to the OP of the person that shared. Thank you.

If you could use an index txt file of all the music then I can offer you this

    myplayer.app.rar

unrar, and copy the "myplayer.app" folder into /var/stash/Applications.XXXXX, open iFile and set the folder and all files to be executable for everyone, especially the myplayer.sh file (shell script, must be executable!). The owner "root" and Group "admin" are fine.
    Reboot, respring is not enough!
You'll find a new icon on the Home screen called "iPlayer List", tap it. The screen goes black for a second, that is OK, because it want to launch the app, but closes it straight away as the app has finished.
Now look at /var/mobile/Documents, you will find 4 new txt files, music-mp3.txt, music-m4a.txt, music-mp4.txt and music-m4v.txt. The first 2 files are songs and the last 2 files are videos.
Sadly no file names/artists as iTunes uses its own file names, e.g. OQ.m4a.
I set the shell script so that it separates the song and video files in different txt files. Each file has the full path included.
btw I used this system in the Simple slideshow lockscreen, somewhere on page 11 or so in this thread
It might help you, it might not.

@The Drifter: The flip clock that you and Ian Nicolle did, has one small issue. Not sure if its been brought to your attention, but this file is blank:
    /Double/Down/Right/8.png

I'd displays with a white border around that image location on the iWidget. Thank you for any help you can offer, and I'm sorry if this has already been asked.

Actually, Ian created the FlipClock, I just added some options to it
To be honest, I havent seen that particular issue. I double checked this morning and it appears fine

    Heres the screenshot:

maybe you have a older revision? Heres the version I use: Ians Flip_Clock with Drifter Options.zip

Can you test this version on your device please, maybe we got different revisions?

Indeed, we do have different versions. I'll scour the thread, because the link I put in the PDF was the latest OP that I knew of, but there was a fair bit of little tweaking here and there with this widget. I checked the particular file that was concerned, and its not blank, but I waited the extra 4 mins just to be entirely sure Thank you.

I'll add an option to allow users to identify that they are using your idea. I don't want to only limit it to this idea because I don't want to have users rely on doing that setup. But thank you for putting it together. I create a new version today.

Would you mind if I hosted that file on my Repo. Just to make it easier on users.

I am pulling my hair out trying to sort out an issue i have with the HTC Animated PPhtml with GPS widget.

I am using the widget with iWidgets and everything is working ok except that i have an issue with the height of the active area of the widget

I use the widget on the top half of my home screen and then using Gridlock place my icons on the bottom two row of the homescreen.

However the active area of the HTC widget means that the first row of icons (3 row down) can only be activated by clicking on the description.

If you look at the screenshot you will see on the left a white line that shows the active area of the widget and that it comes most of the way down the first line of app icons

    [Tweak] iWidgets-img_3938.png

I have tried loads of things to get the active area shorter but am at a loss

Any help would be greatfully recieved

    Adam

Anyone able to recreate an iWidget for this awesome android widget?

    [Tweak] iWidgets-g8cx2gu.png

I really like the original straight border around this weather/clock widget, I managed to download the weather icons via the original artist's site: Elbé | UCCW Skins (scroll down to Beta Weather)

    Here's the artist's mockup:
Jelly Bean + iPhone 5 by ~CZonin on deviantART

    Would be greatly appreciated!

I ended up just linking to this post above I quoted. I believe THIS was the last post of yours relating to this widget, and the source from which I downloaded the first one. I could have missed something, as I seem to have my hands in about 20 different projects at the moment. Sorry for any confusion, the Database (of sorts) has been updated. Once again, thank you to Ian Nicolle, and The Drifter for this simple iWidget with options to suite just about any set-up. I noticed the glass above the clock images, but this still leaves some more options open for frames. I made one to suit a theme I'm running, but haven't got around to implementing as an option. Thank you.
