Infiniboard is usually the culprit not allowing iWidgets to launch when you press and hold. Get rid of Infiniboard.

Saurik said Cydia wasn't made for discovering, it was made for directly finding what you want and then downloading the tweak/theme. A visual interface/database makes it easier for people to visually see what the widget looks like.

That would be great. Start one! The only thing is - several of the creators don't wan't them relinked without their permission. What SK37 started - with a visual database with links to the original posts is a good idea. Just no links to the widgets themselves.

Actually, Saurik has set cydia up to be more of a "web browser" for packages. These are his words.

No there is no such package where you can shop. A combination of looking through this thread and searching iWidget on Cydia is your best bet.
