This may be way over the top and not possible but I was wondering if it would be possible to make a compass iwidget ?

this uses widgets coded with Javascript/jquery!

if you google and find some javascript/jquery code to do what you want, then yes, it's possible to do it for the iphone screen size.


BTW i remember i had an iPod iWidget BUT it was so buggy that i had to delete it :S

Just dropping off a couple of changes to the iWidget database. I've added a few new entries. New links to OP's of The Durben, nateD, Drifter, JunesiPhone, and I believe Chevy. Just thought I'd let these people know so if you have any concerns about your entries, just let me know via PM, or email included. I've also added a link to the PDF in my signature. It kinda defeats the purpose of the project, if you have to search for the PDF link Thank you to everyone that contributes to MMi.

Yes. There is one on the Auros thread I believe. It's by The Durben, but I'm not sure if he's posted it already? Last I checked, he was just finishing it off.

I copied the codes to a Widget File and it works like magic. Tested and playing one audio song so far, right from my page.

I was thinking, if I had the skills, I can point it to the directory in the iPhone where music is stored and play songs from there. If modified correctly this should be able to play songs from a playlist, skip, play previous and much more

Played with this before. Audio works, video will still open up in the default player though
Not sure about linking stored audio on your device, never went that far.

Would be a shame if it did not work on 6.1 an the IP5 after all the work that has gone in from some real talented members.

That plus the fact that the traffic in the forum would go through the roof when the Jailbreak drops.

So more people could enjoy this amazing tweak

Richard i was on 6.1 whit my Iphone 4 Tethered whit Ispw 6.0 and had no Problems running Iwidgets 😄

Doesn't need any updates on 6.1
All iwidgets along with the tweak work fine
Can't speak for iPhone 5 though

Same with MyLocation app, works no issues
(5.1 deb, not original but we knew that)

Just to clarify this is not something I heard, running both myself on 6.1
