Rasputins doesn't update automatically. You need open the web page to update it.
I always used my main cities weather anyway so I never left MyLocation running. I have multiple text files in my Documents folder with all my other cities lat/long and test cities for weather conditions. I just edit the text if needed.

Youll like it Ive utilized the day/night portion so that the overlay changes theyll be a day overlay and a night one and will change automaticallyThe one you saw in my post was the night overlay and heres the day silver SE overlay well Im still working on it but you get the idea

Unfortunately with winterboard, it can't auto refresh a web page and pull that data. ras is on to something but it needs more. crazy hooked right in to location services which is great but apple changed it. I found changes but I can't modify crazy's app to see if it works

I'm pretty sure the changes apple made affect also gps apps so they also don't work. I'm not sure though as I don't use them. Those Devs probably updated by now anyway as most of those are paid
