Yeah, it would be incredibly fast if you could make it a dylib. If you don't want to have to reverse engineer everything, instead of making your own customized dreamboard, you could just use OS7's source code. I took a look at it, and it looks like it could work for your theme(s) with some modifications.

I did too, and it would need a looooot of modding lol. And with Objective-C I've kind of been learning as I've been going so there's some unfamiliar looking code in there, which would slow me down a bit. I'd like to do it, but not if it'll make me have to release the theme next year haha.

Yeah probably not the best first project. Guess you'll just have to stick with DreamBoard . Just make sure you use pincrush on all your images(back them up on a computer first), and send those off. It's actually significantly faster.

I can't edit those on my MacBook though can I?

Or does it support the color profile it uses? Because whenever I had a Windows machine, I couldn't get it to show the image at all.

No, it optimizes them for display on iOS devices. It's a pain to convert them back. So back them up on your computer, then use pincrush on a seperate copy of them, and use those images for your public releases.
