Brilliant idea and fantastic work!
The fact it does't change city as your driving is a BIG turn off for me. I hope this gets fixed soon, although it does sound awfully complicated!! Good luck

I have proted the Lockscreen and Springboard widgets to iPad. All credits to Subywrex and Durben also Max Pa1n for supplying the HD images
You will need to download Belfry from cydia if you havnt got the stock weather app already.

the weather changes to the correct city, simply the city that is DISPLAYED doesnt change.. So you will still get accurate weather INFO just for some reason we are haveing a hard time with the city name that is displayed not showing right..
I know this will be an issue for some people, but for the most part if your driving i think you can see what the weather is like lol
any web programmer will tell you that style sheets are essential. Putting style in the head of a website is kinda sloppy coding
there is no issue with city changing when you open the app.. For some reason when weathericon refreshes the weather, it doesnt grab the city. this only effect people using live weather and driving.
So say your in town a and then drive to town c, if you dont open the weather app breifly you will have the weather for town c but showing town a as the city.. its weird..
so yes the second you open the app it corrects the city that is shown.. I dont really travel outside of my location to often so this is not a big deal for me.. and if i was out of town i could just open the weather app real quick and it will update what city is displayed..
So here is the 2UINique Native FS Lockscreen widget. updated images to use full res images (most come from maxpain but a few of my own)

here is the download link

i have a cheat for this.. what i did was grabbed the com.ashman.weather.cache.plist file out of the cache folder.. renamed it to be test.xml then if you open the mainweather.js you will see the line linking to the cache folder "/var/mobile/Libarary/Cache/com.ashman.weather.cache.plist" just change that to "test.xml" and drop the testxml in your main theme directory.. then it will read off that for editing on your computer.
