Question folks - got my lighttpd switched on in SBSettings, however when I run the IP address in Safari it's not asking me for confirmation to use location services.

Not even sure it has anything to do with it but, that happened to me. Then I set it to ON then rebooted. After that it's stayed on for me. There was no respring when I exited SBSettings the first time. Who knows...

Can someone tell how to get my province/state?

I would use Google Maps for that, here are 2 response files (xml and json), just open the url with your latitude and longitude and you get the response file in your browser.
http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/...e/json?latlng=YourLongitude,YourLatitude&sensor=false
http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/geocode/xml?latlng=YourLongitude,YourLatitude&sensor=false
Both are the same url apart from one has xml and the other one has json as a parameter.
I found that Google maps is much more accurate then Yahoo, especially when it comes to naming the location. Yahoo ignores small villages/towns, Google Maps doesn't!
The only problem I have is that I have not been able to use javascript or php to extract the info from those xml or json files, which is paradox as you can get the response files in your browser, but not with a script.
So far I only can use the code that you would use when you wanted to open a google maps display without actually showing the map and for that you find more info at https://developers.google.com/maps/d...ript/geocoding

Hey rasputin have you checked out Coordinates for Maps tweak?
Adds a pop up text to the Maps app with lat/long for the pin drop selection.

I have asked the Dev to try and include a text file in another folder as his inputs into the Maps plist that is encrypted. Thought you might be interested anyway

Xcode does not run on Windows, have no Mac either, therefore I never looked at Objective-C.

You need a SpringBoard.strings file with the line "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = ""; in it. That SpringBoard.strings file has to be in "Winterboard-theme"/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/en.lproj/.
That worked for me!

Sorry only just saw your reply. That doesn't work for me, the theme already had it in place but it's almost as if Unfold has it written into it's code. Before installing Unfold there was nothing there, as per the theme. Shame as it's the one thing stopping me leaving unfold in place.
