    Easy. Rename LockBackground.html to Wallpaper.html.

I did but the position of it is really funky on the Springboard where it is at. I want it moved more up to the top of the screen so i can have 2 rows of apps at the bottom.

^__^ I did it. I moved up the image over lay by 120 pixels and subtracted 60 pixels from all the values for "top= XXpx" in the styles.css

Redid the Image so its more clean and exactly like the weather.app Also i added it to the springboard and changed the location of it so i can have 2 rows of apps under it.

20000 seconds = 5.55hrs, but on the lock screen it isn't important as you reload it every time you open the LS, but if you use it in SB you might want to drop this down to around 1800 (30 minutes).

Sounds like you just copy and pasted the file. You actually have to run a programme to install it like iFunbox.
