Well there are several options. You can create an Icons folder in the root of the theme folder and name the icon exactly as it is on your springboard. With this option summerboard needs to be enabled and this is not an efficient way but easiest. The best way is to get the bundle name and create the bundle inside your bundles folder and name the icon exactly the same as it is in the stock bundle.

For Example if u put Unlimtones how should we create a bundle, am sorry bur with other themes i did it, but this one is harder thanks in advance

You need to know the bundle identifier. If you navigate to var/mobile/applications search for the app in question. Then inside look for the info.plist in there you will see cfbundle identifier after that is the name of the bundle. It needs to be exactly the same. Now look in that app folder for the icon and see how it is named and you name your icon exactly that. Then with this bundle folder you created either drop in the bundles folder of the main theme folder or create your own theme with a bundles folder. If you do the last way it won't get overwritten on updates.
