I had seen that Momento icon already. Wanted to give a feedback to the author . So, er just wanted to say I like it :P like the painted texture. Still using your randomize icon too !

Thank you. The texture was sort of a cheat. It's a scan of an actual notebook then sort of retooled to look less real and more... icon? Anyway, glad you like them...



Oh, I forgot about this. I use it for Farenheit, but you could use it for most any weather program you like.



And this one. It uses an actual umbrella as the texture. What can I say? It's Seattle and it rained for weeks straight; I was inspired.

I pretty much like this Angry Bird Space icon. Sorry for those it does not seduce but I bet you'd prefer a simple and ugly copy past.
Also I agree a lot of people make icon requests for apps we never use, I think if it ends on a gorgeous icon then the request just led to a new piece of art i'd like to collect on one of my pages. I did it for iBlank. I used it once since I downloaded it, but I like the icon so much I just can't delete it (although it may sounds selfish as i did it myself, but I downloaded SimpleNote by Rayfe and never used it either xD)

Also, something that gets me upset since the jaku fever started. At least 80% unofficial icons are made using some completly messed up, wrong bevels. William took a little part of his time to write a very freaking short .pdf just to show beginners how to not mess up your icons. Just looking at his example icons displayed on the PDF is enough to undersand the basics. But too many people just don't care and rush on ugly stuff that I never comment about as I feel like it's just insulting Jaku's beauty and william's hard work. They will never match the theme. Never. And it's like so many people never give a damn about it, customers just like artists. Come on. IT's pissing me off. Give William and Jaku some respect. Stop pseudo-creating icons. I never dare saying this but today i feel upset about that.

No I won't be posting another Angry Birds Space icon, here's my attempt to Spirit, a good space game too
(it looks much better on the springboard)

Btw, I've seen a lot a good icons posted on this forum, but let me tell you something guy that disappoint me. I'm not saying all the time, but most of time, we can see good icon, but the bevel is completely messed up. I mean, it's a shame to see a beautiful icon without a good bevel...
I think that stuff is a real part of this theme, it's a signature.
I'm not telling anyone to learn how to make an icon, but I've did over a couple of time that bevel after downloading icons here, because I loved those and the bevel doesn't make any sense.
If you don't understand what I'm talking about, then you should read the "Jaku Template Guide.pdf" included in the theme. And if you don't know how to do that, then ask, that's what I did, and trust me there is no difficult in it
(i'm not english, sorry for the probable mistakes)

I grabbed the one on the right. It not only looks great, I sort of think THIS should be the style all Jaku Angry Bird icons should adhere to.

Noticed that some of mine on there have some corner transparency issues. They look fine on the device since Jaku cuts it off cleanly. If you gave me a login, I could update . Unless you don't think it matters.
