Jaku for iOS 5

Thanks for the reply lok. Since I am in complete awe of your eye for detail and design. I am going to keep jaku the way it is and try to adjust my perspective. You are a master of your craft, thank you for the quick reply and phenomenal support for your theme. Not to rehash an ancient topic, but I think it's hilarious how surenix develops these "benchmark" themes and the abandons them completely. Ayecon Is dead in the water just like inpulse. Hats off to you Lokheed :-)

Not bad. I know it can be done, I had ported some components to my iPad 2 initially as well
but when you compare to a retina screen it just isn't the same.

Waiting anxiously for the official iPad release for my iPad 4.

EDIT: so my post was in response to Skippys post of his iPad 2 with Jaku. Apparently he decided to pul that and post something totally different making my post look way out of place. :/

i am trying to get icons from the Jaku repo but towards the last quarter of icons it wont let me click on them? anybody know why this is, please? it seems to start from the letter "O" even if i hover over an icon the name of it doesnt show?

The detail of icons is incredible. I'm a full ui theme kinda guy. But your updates and icons alone are more than enough. I always thought the ui would be teal and black

For subsequent apps, just dump them all into the Bundles folder. Then SSH this folder "My Jaku Additions" into the /Library/Themes directory and in Winterboard arrange it on top of the 3 Jaku official folders!

Oh and 114x114 is for APP STORE icons, 118x120 is for CYDIA icons.

I cannot seem to find BiteSMS in AppInfo. Does anyone know it's Id? Or how to find the Id of Cydia apps?

edit: same question for built in apps like Calendar. AppInfo doesn't show me anything on that app.
edit2: also, for the dictionary.com app, the Id is com.reference.dictionary.dictionary and my imac does not like that it ends in .dictionary again and turns it into a lego piece icon & not a folder. Whats up with that?

See, I actually used my backup of Jaku 1.6.3 to keep the flat lockscreen components. I despise the gloss completely. I barely see any banding the pieces so it works for me! I have a great dither photoshop action for getting rid of banding. It works beautifully.

See, I actually used my backup of Jaku 1.6.3 to keep the flat lockscreen components. I despise the gloss completely. I barely see any banding the pieces so it works for me! I have a great dither photoshop action for getting rid of banding. It works beautifully.

Dither doesn't work when a 2px stripe is tiled horizontally

Blacksquatch, I believe most if not all the elements from the lockscreen are still bundled with jaku. Under the iOS 5 folder. Also, lok I upgraded intelliscreen x to the iOS 6 library. They have added a flashlight toggle to the quick settings. I know it's one toggle buried in the NC but to me it's a glaring sore thumb. Would love to see that little annoyance jaku'd in an update. Thanks again for your replies its nice to speak with the creator of something I, as well as many others, hold in extremely high regard.

Jaku will never be made for non-retina devices. The detail of the theme requires a higher resolution.

If you really want it for an iPad mini, then you would have to take the time to resize all the icons yourself. But you will be sadly disappointed by the end result.

Thanks. Someone on Twitter reported that issue too. If you can get me the file name of the icon, I can fix it in the next update.
