Well this path doesn't lead anywhere man.
BulletinListLinen is the Notification Center background image. And that's not a directory from Jaku. William has that image in /var/stash/Themes.XXXX/Jaku Core.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/[email protected]
You must be speaking of a theme using the Folders method, as 'springboard.app' put in the Bundles folder just won't theme anything.
In fact, such folder placed in a 'Folders' folder won't have the Notification Center background changed either as it should be 'SpringBoard.app' (notice the capital letters).
I'm only clearing things up for people actually looking for the item you named in your post.
And aransh is right : the status bar images are situated in the UIImages folder of the theme, or in the UIKit.framework folder under 'Folders' in a theme built according to the Folders architecture, and are named [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] (in fact, they would theme properly even without the @2x part), depending on the location you are looking the status bar from. Their size is typically 40x40 pixels or 640x40 pixels.

Yes, but it's very uncomfortably to edit theme by iFile.

I believe you can probably avoid that problem with iFunBox by playing with the preferences (eg 'Disable SymLink' and maybe 'Disable PNG Conversion') but you're really best off not touching the official Jaku theme(s) at all. Download from Cydia (ZodTTD & MacCiti) and leave it be.
If you want custom themes of community icons etc, create your own theme and add that one manually

That's what I do. But I was asking that for another reason. In iFile, with wi-fi on, turn the web server on by pressing the wifi symbol in the lower left corner.
iFile will display the web address onscreen for you to connect to your device from your PC.

So I made this quick copy/paste out of the wonderful moustachioed top hat for Mr Shigoto.
