Jaku for iOS 5

Two possibilities. bundles\com.apple.springboard, but also potentially in UIimages. Most likely Springboard. What carrier are you with? It matters.

Already have a theme applied that was theming the 3G icon but it is not taking effect so I assume the file name changed.

Currently reinstalling apps manually after a glitch with xbackup. But when I select Jaku in my purchased list in Cydia it says it cannot locate package.

Am I missing the source? Can someone confirm?

edit: Ignore me. My brain has melted. Add the source. Long day etc

Ok, forget this, I firgured out what was happening.
It was WellLock@2x~iPhone.png that was causing this. For some reason it was being displayed in the wallpaper selection scree, which was enough to make me crazy.

So I made a transparent WellLock and replaced it. Problem solved.

So I guess I'm going totally clear on the lockscreen next. a project!!

You'll have to rename them due to OS changes. Use AppInfo to determine the new names.

Christ, I hatethe initial clean up and restore part of re-jailbreaking. A quest to make everything as it was before. This should be fun. It's not.

Struggling to add the repo in at the moment for SBsettings Jaku. Cydia is not playing ball. Thought I had the Jauk theme earlier but Cydia continues to persist it can't locate it. So, for now, moving on...need a bit of help on a couple of other things. Got a Jaku battery theme (by parry) which I was using before. I've added it to Themes, selected it in winterboard but its failing to appear on the lock screen. Any ideas where I'm going wrong with this?

Also, the hotspot icon within settings which would need replacing, where would I add this in?

Repos are going to be slow right now with most of the world jailbreaking. This happened when the tethered JB first appeared. I thought I was going to lose my mind.
Fortunately I just downloaded Rocky Racoon this morning and didn't need to go through all of this.
I guess just keep trying to get the repos refreshed and you'll be okay.
As for the other icons, filenames have changed and your HotSpot icon is one such example. I'm sure someone can take care of you before tonight, but if not, I'll see what I can do when I get home.

Here you go... the version I originally got from the repo had duplicated folders in it, making the theme twice the size it should have been. I've tidied that one up and put it on my Dropbox... http://db.tt/y22BqOHl

Note the coloured switches in com.apple.UIKit don't work. They must have the wrong filenames..?


edit - off topic but... I assume if I currently have iOS5.0.1 on my iPhone4 I will need to restore as a new phone up to 5.1.1 and then run Absinthe2 right?

Thanks for the upload of settings icons! If you are on a iPhone4 with 5.0.1 firmware I wouldn't bother upgrading firmwares. It's very minimal and is more pointed at 4S

And yeah I don't think I'm in too much of a rush to go to 5.1.1. The main reason I've been looking forward to this jailbreak is that Lok should be releasing Jaku 1.5!

First thing i would check if its bundled correctly but its not themeing would be to check the permissions on the folders. 9 times outta 10 thats what its gunna be.. just ask mdot ....wait, where is mdot?

iFile doesn't works after upgrading to 5.1.1 and jailbreak... And guys, you don't have to restore your iphone, I didn't do that and it worked well
Btw, all my tweaks aren't restored and I can't remember all of them...

IFile works just fine for me. I've been on 5.1.1 since it was released and I've been on the tethered JB as long. Maybe you have something conflicting?
