I think you're right, but I dig it. The yellow is probably the reason; it's flashy... but that's what makes it cool in my mind.
One of my folder icon attempts is bright red, and it's still one of my personal favorites. I like color..

No no, I understand. I like it just as-is. I think the only other option you could take, if you really wanted to avoid yellow as the primary, would be to make a dark tile and place a DHL box onto it, but that sort of defeats the whole box-as-icon look...

That said, I'd leave it be.

There's always an "earlier guy", don't sweat it. I have the thick skin of an internet veteran and the vocabulary of someone who has been on this rock a long time.

My earlier guy needed coffee.

I haven't had any problems as such, but I don't think I like the fact that reading something in Reeder takes it out of my Readability reading list. I guess it makes sense, but I'd rather use Readability for those items.. so I'm still working out the right way to use it for me...

I'm still about 0% sure of what it is you're trying to do. Is the stock icon not to your liking? Seriously, what exactly are you trying to do?

Is Weathericon NOT working for you? Because that's the tweak, not the theme. I think I might know why still, but "it's still not working" could mean so many things, and I'd like to help you figure it out.

Not too much hassle, I just need to understand the issue so I can point you in the right direction. I don't want to cause you too much stress while trying to resolve it.

Keeping in mind that if you only change one of the icons, at the 6:00pm mark the icon changes to night. At 6:00am it changes to day. You'd need to change both the day and night icon to have it stay consistent.
If there isn't a themed icon available, I would think it would revert to the stock WeatherIcon tile which is either blue or purple. If it's reverting back to stock then something else is happening.
