    Hi M8,

    I very much appreciate you working on this, I don't have much time at the moment M8 but like I said on the other thread it needs the sunrise/sunset times not only for the floating sun/moon but also for the day/night walls, even if you disable the clock function in the UniAW the animations wont work.

    I'm gonna wait and see how this "Native" weather pan's out, it's very early stage at present, I hope we can get it updating City and pulling ALL info from yahoo in the near future.

    I'm scheduled to launch another TBM (tunnel boring machine) before the end of this week so am very busy and can't do too much stuff with widgets, but at end of April I go home for a 5 week holiday.

    Code:
    		// SUNSET/SUNRISE FORMAT
    		sunriseh = obj.sunrise.substring(0,obj.sunrise.indexOf(":",0));
    		sunrisem = obj.sunrise.substring(obj.sunrise.indexOf(":",0)+1,obj.sunrise.indexOf(" ",0));
    		sunseth = obj.sunset.substring(0,obj.sunset.indexOf(":",0));
    		sunsetm = obj.sunset.substring(obj.sunset.indexOf(":",0)+1,obj.sunset.indexOf(" ",0));
    		sunriseh = parseInt(sunriseh) + GMT;
    		sunseth = parseInt(sunseth) + GMT;
    		sunseth = sunseth + 12;

    		// DAY AND NIGHT DURATION
    		dayhour = parseInt(sunriseh) + parseInt(sunrisem)/60;
    		nighthour = parseInt(sunseth) + parseInt(sunsetm)/60;
    		DurationOfDay = nighthour - dayhour;
    		DurationOfNight = 24 - DurationOfDay;

    		if (ampm == false)
    		{
    		var sunriseh = ( sunriseh < 10 ? "0" : "" ) + sunriseh;
    		var sunseth = ( sunseth < 10 ? "0" : "" ) + sunseth;
    		obj.sunrise = sunriseh + ":" + sunrisem;
    		obj.sunset = sunseth + ":" + sunsetm;
    		}
    		else
    		{
    		var timeOfSunset = ( sunseth < 12 ) ? "am" : "pm";
    		var timeOfSunrise = ( sunriseh < 12 ) ? "am" : "pm";
    		sunriseh = ( sunriseh > 12 ) ? sunriseh - 12 : sunriseh;
    		sunriseh = ( sunriseh == 0 ) ? 12 : sunriseh;
    		sunseth = ( sunseth > 12 ) ? sunseth - 12 : sunseth;
    		sunseth = ( sunseth == 0 ) ? 12 : sunseth;
    		obj.sunrise = sunriseh + ":" + sunrisem + " " + timeOfSunrise;
    		obj.sunset = sunseth + ":" + sunsetm + " " + timeOfSunset;
    		}

    		if (SunsetSunrise == true)
    		{
    		document.getElementById("sunset").innerHTML = obj.sunset;
    		document.getElementById("sunrise").innerHTML = obj.sunrise;
    		document.getElementById("sunrise").style.display = "block";
    		document.getElementById("sunset").style.display = "block";
    		}

    		// POSITION OF SUN/MOON
    		if ((time_to_change_wall < dayhour) || (time_to_change_wall > nighthour)) {
    				where = "night";
    				if (time_to_change_wall < dayhour) { time_to_change_wall = time_to_change_wall +24 };
    				pTranslate = parseInt(((time_to_change_wall - nighthour)/ DurationOfNight)*320);
    				document.getElementById("moon").style.webkitTransform = "translateX("+pTranslate+"px)";
    				document.getElementById("moonray").style.webkitTransform = "translateX("+pTranslate+"px)";
    				document.getElementById("weatherWall").src="Images/day_night/night.png";
    		} else {
    				where = "day";
    				pTranslate = parseInt(((time_to_change_wall - dayhour)/ DurationOfDay)*320);
    				document.getElementById("sun").style.webkitTransform = "translateX("+pTranslate+"px)";
    				document.getElementById("sunray").style.webkitTransform = "translateX("+pTranslate+"px)";
    				document.getElementById("weatherWall").src="Images/day_night/day.png";

    Sorry M8, "My location" app ins't compatible with 5.1 yet, crazy is waiting for the I4 untethered JB before updating it.

    I don't have 5.1 but you can check the "Permissions" of the "Documents" folder:
    Go in iFile and navigate to "var/mobile" then press the arrow next to the "Documents" folder, scroll down to "Access Permissions", all three (User, Group & World) should be set to "Read, Write, Execute".

    Other that this I don't know M8.

    Great work Ian.

    I know native weather is in an early stage but personally I can't see it being any better than GPS. If anything it just complicates matters as there are now 2 updating widgets.

    No disrespect to the creator but I feel it has a long way to go before I would have made it public. The lack of auto refresh is a big drawback and lack of info is another.

    Really looking forward to the future though!

    Does anyone have a good site that has weather icons that are in the correct order so I can just drop them in a weather widget? They have to be in 0,1,2,3 etc order. I found one site but it has very limited weather icons and there kinda goofy ones. I want like real weather hd icons. Realistic icons. I know fancy widgets and beautiful widgets have a ton of icons but there not in the right order. Maybe it's because there android widgets.

    The new forecast uniaw has soon sweet weather icons. Ian eta?

    Great theme the weather widget...but I've seen somewhere that when it rains a wiper blade cleans the screen and rain drops fall down the screen ...can that be added to this weather widget ?

    Thanks

    Default UniAW5.0_GPS_PP_4Day
    Here is the PerPage "All in one" version with a 4 day forecast. (As in the 5 screenshots in pervious post 1687 above)

    1. Download and UNZIP the file.
    2. Go to "UniAW5.0_GPS_PP_4Day/Setup/Config.js and input your NUMERICAL location code where it says "var locale ="
    3. Go to "UniAW5.0_GPS_PP_4Day/4_Days_Horizontal/Config.js and input your STANDARD code where it says "var locale ="
    4. Transfer the folder called "UniAW5.0_GPS_PP_4Day" to your phone: "var/mobile/Library/PerPageHTML", if your using PerPageHTML+ activate the theme in the app.

    Incase of the "Unknown" condition this widget will show animation and icons from the two "locale" codes you inputed in the config files, it only uses the icons and animations incase you are in an unknown location, this is why you need to input your location codes, don't skip this settings.

    To change icon sets go to "UniAW5.0_GPS_PP_4Day/4_Days_Horizontal" folder and open the "Config.js" file, type in the icon set you want to use where it says "var iconset =" You have 5 to chose from: DB, HTC, semitrans, spils and stardock, they are all in the icon sets folder, I got the "DB" set from one widget from "The Durben" - Thanks M8. Also huge thanks to Dacal.

    I have included the "Lumo.theme" incase you want the icons and live view calendar icon.

    Download it HERE.

    Next up is a black flip clock made from scratch.

    This 4 day version has the text, not the images for sunrise/set, it sounds to me like you have another version running under this one?? Is it possible?
