    Default FI Translation for Winterboard LS
    Hi

    Ran into this Very nice thread couple days ago and installed. Excellent job to all. Runs smoothly and lil bit better then the HTC clock I had so far on LS.

    Anyway, I'm in Finland and included -here- is a finnish translation for the Calendar and Weather itself. All feel free to use it if want. Basically just copy&paste from my files adding to your existing ones. Or use as is. Also are included some .png files if someone wants to use my 'orange' look. Slider/icons/instructions not included.

    Thanks again Ian for great LS weather script

    Only thing I couldnt figure out is how to get the top 2 clock hands running and how to change wind speed m/sec (meters). If anyone has a clue plz share it.

    Hello, Ian. The UniAW5.0 is such an awesome theme, btw...You always amaze me, man...many thanks for all you do. Question, tho. Sometimes, I want to switch the Lumo clock face to a different one. Like, the White Omega clock face....or even, other clock faces. I would like to incorporate JUST the face part. For example, I see in.....UniAW 5.0 theme >Images>>clockface>>>clock.png....that the Lumo clock face is a standalone, (with a transparent background). Is there a way to get OTHER clock faces with just a transparent background? (White Omega preferably) Please let me know, when you get a chance. MUCH APPRECIATED! )

    Clock face slide show would be awesome here! I might give it a try!

    You are the man Ian! Simple as.

    My latest GPS enabled UniAW 5. Updating on the fly is definitely working now. Tested yesterday and today.
    Backgrounds change 11 times according to time of day as well.
    I'll be setting this up a little different and putting out a DL. This one is styled for another theme at the moment.

    Will post again here probably Friday night Saturday morning with a newly styled one and download.

    Default If you have more then one hand on analog clock
    Answering here my own question. Tried to do it the hard way but solution vas simple:

    1. in Css/UniAW.css add the 3 clock hands via the blue parts

    Code:
    	/* FOR ANALOG CLOCK
    ===================================================================== */
    #clockface{
    	width: 320px;
    	height: 480px;
    	position: absolute;
    	top: -10px;
    	right: 0px;
    	down: 0px;
    	left: 0px;
    	z-index: 100;
    	opacity: 0.0;
    	-webkit-animation: fadein33 4s linear 1 normal;
    	-webkit-animation-fill-mode: forwards;
    	display: ;}

    	@-webkit-keyframes fadein33{
    	0% 		{opacity : 0;}
    	50%		{opacity : 0;}
    	100%		{opacity : 1.0;}}

    #analogclock{
    	list-style: none;
    	margin: 0;
    	padding: 0;
        font-family: Digital;
        color: black;
        font-size: 22px;
        text-shadow: black 0px 0px 0px;
    	}

        #hour {
    	background: url('../Images/clockhands/hourhand.png') 12.5px 33.5px no-repeat;

    2. Edit/add JavaScript/rotatehands.js those 2 blue ones for the top 2 hands. Made them rotate like hrs/min here.

    Code:
    $(document).ready(function() {

          setInterval( function() {
          var seconds = new Date().getSeconds();
          var sdegree = seconds * 6;
          var srotate = "rotate(" + sdegree + "deg)";

          $("#sec, #secshad").css("-webkit-transform", srotate );

          }, 1000 );

    /* This is the normal sec hand */
          setInterval( function() {
    	  var mil = new Date().getMilliseconds();
          var seconds = new Date().getSeconds();
          var sdegree = seconds * 6 + (mil / (1000/6));
          var srotate = "rotate(" + sdegree + "deg)";
          $("#sechandXX").css("-webkit-transform", srotate );
          }, 1000/6 );

          setInterval( function() {
          var hours = new Date().getHours();
          var mins = new Date().getMinutes();
          var hdegree = hours * 30 + (mins / 2);
          var hrotate = "rotate(" + hdegree + "deg)";

          $("#hour").css("-webkit-transform", hrotate );

          }, 1000 );

         setInterval( function() {
          var hours = new Date().getHours();
          var mins = new Date().getMinutes();
          var hdegree = hours * 30 + (mins / 2);
          var hrotate = "rotate(" + hdegree + "deg)";

          $("#hour2").css("-webkit-transform", hrotate );

          }, 1000  );

          setInterval( function() {
          var mins = new Date().getMinutes();
          var mdegree = mins * 6;
          var mrotate = "rotate(" + mdegree + "deg)";

          $("#min").css("-webkit-transform", mrotate );

          }, 1000 );

          setInterval( function() {
          var mins = new Date().getMinutes();
          var mdegree = mins * 6;
          var mrotate = "rotate(" + mdegree + "deg)";

          $("#min2").css("-webkit-transform", mrotate );

          }, 1000 );

    });

    3. In UniAW.html add:

    Code:
    <div id="analogclock"></div>
    <div id="hour"></div>
    <div id="hour2"></div>
    <div id="min"></div>
    <div id="min2"></div>
    <div id="sec"></div>
    <div id="sechandXX"></div> /* This is the normal sec hand */
    <div id="node"></div>
    And voila: Now have 6 rotating clock hands on LS :P

    Nice one Durben

    I also got the "non GPS" working too, removed the "UpdateLocation" script from the "Widget.html" file as it's now done via the "UniAW'js" file with a little code from Dacal. So now we can have GPS or the usual location code all in one widget

    I will also post the PerPage GPS version here soon, then have the daunting task of updating all the versions in post 1

    To prepare the users here for GPS UniAW, what is the name of the GPS app in Cydia? Is there a standalone "My Location" app or is it the "GPS Weather.theme" they need to install?

    Thanks Bud.

    I attach here for you the latest .js files with working GPS and non GPS so you can drop them into your LS.
    In your Config.js file, "var locale = 0" is GPS or "var locale = 123456" = normal non GPS.
    You can now remove this line from the html file:
    Code:
    <div id="UpdateLocation">
    <span id="UpdateLocation"><script language="JavaScript">UpdateLocation(); setInterval('UpdateLocation()', 20000 )</script></span>
    </div>

    Awesome! That's all that this widget needed was the "fallback" option

    The app is installed with crazy's GPS Weather HTML Theme in cydia.
    Made sense for him to do it this way as users downloading for the first time or not having heard of this yet will get a theme to start with.

    I'll look at these scripts when I get home and see about incorporating to mine.
    Thanks for that my man! Always appreciated

    **edit** just did it now and gonna test mine on my drive home to see if messed anything up.

    **edit again** not getting location or weather info to show up removing the div from the html. Your JS files do work with my HTML but mine has the div in it still. Other than that I'm not seeing a difference. I'll look again when I get home.

    Any problems, give me a link and I will take a look.

    This morning my gps app wouldn't play! thought it was my theme but same with all gps themes, had to switch off phone completely and restart it then all ok again. Strange.

    EDIT..

    Durben, I'm sorry, it's the link in the location.js file that's wrong, I have it like this for testing on the Mac and forgot to change it back.
    Sorry for that M8.

    Updated the js files in the post above, now should work ok.

    Crap didn't see your edit. I just PMd you my whole widget. Couldn't post here as it has font files and stuff from Elite. I'll redownload and see if it works. I caught the direct link to myLocation.txt originally though and changed that to the correct path after it didn't load the first time. I'll try again with those above.

    Always appreciate your time my friend

    @Ian...same thing no joy
    I cant see the difference in the files, I must be missing something with why it works with my html and the div in it and not with the div removed. JS files dont seem to matter at all if switched
    I need a beer and to look at this again...thats gotta help lol

    Hi Bud,

    I'm at work now so not much time but I did notice in your Config.js there is a small error.

    Instead of "var locale = 0;"
    It should be var locale = 0; (no inverted comma's)

    I know your gonna kick yourself if that's what it is.

    Will fully check all lated M8 but try that for now.

    I forgot to pull those, added after. I knew they shouldn't be there but was trying to get to only read location data and not the locale. Those are gone on my end.
    I'm pretty sure the html's are exact with the exception of the div for location data but if I remove it, it just hangs on loading. I gotta be missing something and I'm sure it's a small detail. Good times lol
    Appreciate you looking, take your time, I'm in no rush

    Your UniAW5_GPS_LS Widget should be all good to go now, also fixed the re-spring issue, I sent it back to you in a PM M8. You can post it here whenever you like and thanks for sharing.

    Give me a shout any time you need assistance.

    Appreciated Ian! Good tip on the file size too
    I'll have this redone this week sometime. Gotta make a few images in PS and change the fonts up. I'll post a version up here for sure.

    Hey, Ian. This is sort of a reprise of an earlier message. But, if I want to use a diff clock face (as I see others have) with UniAW_5.0_All_In_One, How can I get just the clock faces with just a transparent background? I have some Timeless-HD themes already with clock faces (like White Omega) but those, as you know include all the black framework, etc, I see in.....UniAW 5.0 theme >Images>>clockface>>>clock.png....that the Lumo clock face is a transparent, standalone face (with no frame work. So how can get other clock faces with this same transparent background? (White Omega preferably) Thanks for all you do, man. :-)

    WOW. All the work you coders do just blows me away. As a self-confessed "artist" that gets the shivers when looking at code, I thank you all so much for everything you do.

    Ian, Crazy, Durben, Dacal and all others who contribute your precious time to all this -- you're my heros

    Dang dude, thanks for throwing me in with the likes of these talented guys. I honestly wish I was that good.
    My input was pretty limited in comparison. Really I just made the crazyvivek app and theme work with ease instead of having to use *******, adding a repo I won't add to get it. I wanted a way around that and was able to it. The rest is just my mashing of things together and amateur photoshopping.
    None the less, appreciated man

    Hi,

    Sorry about the late reply, wayyyyy back in this thread I'm pretty sure I posted the white omega clock face for this and others have also posted some faces too, don't know what pages they are on so I'm afraid you will have to spend some time going through this thread but you can do it pretty quickly as you will easily see the clock faces images.

    Good luck.
