I'm jealous, so much good ideas in this one .
    Thanks Dacal,

Ah, ok, I will put back the display: none; for the sun & moon stuff, I just thought I would try removing all the "display: none;" code after reading that article stating in can cause lag, I tried using the "opacity 0.0" instead for almost everything. But it turns out that "display: none;" is causing no issues that I can see.

    Thanks again M8.

I think this is also the reason for it covering icons in my other example I posted earlier. What could be causing this?
Grant, I'm not sure I fully understand this, and I've never tried a widget on spotlight page because I have spotlight disabled.

Anybody tested thunderstorms or snow on a plain i4?

Should I add the stars/meteors into the haze conditions? I think I will because they are quite boring conditions.

Thanks all for helping me test this.

Thanks Drifter for the iWidget, awesome work M8.

    Hi Durben,

Ooo, you don't need to do that just for testing this M8, thanks so much for the offer but I believe Grant has an i4 and also Brian, I'm just a bit concerned about it as I really tweaked things this time for visual pleasure instead of for performance.

    -----------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------------------------------------

So I just got a report from sigit that the widget is not centered on his phone (see screen shot) it's too far left and too high.

@ sigit, did you use the widget with PerPageHTML?

It is working fine on my i4S, I suspect some other tweak might be causing this, also the screen shot is a weird size (426 X 639), and dock and other icons aren't centered either.
I don't really use a lot of tweaks so would any of you know what could be causing this?

    Thanks.

My i4 is jailbroken, Ian. I'll test it tonight. You have a subroutine still in the config.JS to allow me to turn on snow animation to check that?
Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

    To test any weather condition:

1st, get the widget running and note the "real" weather condition, lets say its "haze".

Now open the UniAW6.js file, scroll down to "// WEATHER CONDITION" (near the end..ish).

Now find your weather condition (haze in this example) (in the inverted comma's) and change it to "snow or whatever you want to see. (see example screen shot for my current haze condition, I just change this to "snow")
Please note that if your "real" weather condition is "thunderstorm" then you have 10 possibilities the code could be using, so just start with the 1st one & change it to snow, if it doesn't work, undo and try the next thunderstorm one, with time you will learn quickly which ones to edit.
You can only change it to other conditions as coded in the inverted comma's, i.e if you want to see a cloudy condition you have to use "cloud" not "cloudy".

There might be another way but this is the way I do it. Just remember to put your UniAW6.js fie back to normal when your finished or you will be getting some weird weather conditions.

EDIT: Oh, and one other thing, in the css file set the opacity for the "Overlay" to 1.0 so you get a dark background, makes things easier to see.

That was exactly what I got, so I went ahead and jumped it and that fixed it. I have not had a chance to go back and see why yet!

Also, iPhone 4 not as smooth as iPhone 5, but better than UniAW5 on iOS 6 running on any device prior to any changes.

Ooops! I just realized, this was on my iph4 running 5.0.1. Loading it on my iph4 on 6.1 now.

    Great work Mama,

Here is your wiper for the car (facing the correct way), you will need to adjust the "transform origin" to get the rotation point in the correct place, Let me know if you need help with that.
I know this new wiper is a little cut off at the bottom but you never see this part, I can re-render another one that isn't cut off if you need it.

Remember all, this is still beta, you might wanna wait a little while before you release all your mods, we need to be sure it runs ok on a plain i4 first.

    @ Drifter,
I got absolutely no problem with you releasing your own iWidget version M8, it's probably better coming from you as I can't answer questions about plist files.. yet.

What conditions are not so smooth?, Do I have to make a separate version for i4 with less clouds/rain & snow drops etc.. or is it acceptable?

Ian, I'm experiencing what Sigit is when using PerPage. Didn't PerPage used to cover any background opaquely! I'm seeing MJ's Timed Walls behind it. Did you change the opacity of UniAW? Or is PerPage functioning differently after ios6?

Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

Ok, my first test was on my iph4 running iOS 5.

I just tested on my iph4 running iOS 6 this time. The animations are slower than the iph5. I would not call them jittery, just slower.

Sorry about the confusion between devices. I have too many friggin iPhones!

What if you put a speed option in the config file?

Also a click update I think would be perfect considering this is practically a complete overhaul. You can leave the old image in there as an alt. In fact, why not make that into a selectable option in the config file.

    @ Grant,

I see no problem with your screen shot, UniAW PP has a transparent BG so you can see any wallpaper/theme behind it, if you want your own BG you need to set the opacity for the "Overlay" to 1.0 in the css file then put your own BG in the Overlay folder replacing the one that's already their.
    sigit's issue is with alignment.

    @ Brian,

On the i4, do you think it needs it's own version with less stuff (rain/snow drops, number of clouds etc..)
Maybe I don't worry too much about this?

Added a Touch feature my next version of this as a iWidget that will fade in/out the Weather Info and Clock Display leaving just the Weather animations and the sun/moon

I could make it a iWidget option instead of a Touch Feature ......Thoughts??
