Black Icon Labels:

This theme comes with the ability to have black icon labels. It is a bash script developed by PhanaticD (credit to him). to have black icon labels, you first need to open the theme in DreamBoard and let the icons cache. Then you need to download and install ImageMagick from cydia. Note: ImageMagick conflicts with animate which is used for bootlogos. Also, ImageMagick is a console package so you won't see anything on the springboard. Next, you need to download MobileTerminal from cydia. Then in MobileTerminal you need to type in "wvbl" without the quotes and then you will have black icon labels on your icons.

Don't forget to delete the extension from the file so it was just wvbl. (NO EXTENSION)

Note: I don't own MobileTerminal and I didn't help with the development of it in any way.


How to set permissions so wallpapers save:

After you install the theme, if the wallpapers don't save, you need to set the proper permissions for the theme. To do that, follow these steps:
1. on iFile go to /DreamBoard/
2. hit the blue arrow of the whole theme folder and set the permissions to 777 or all of the access permissions to read, write, execute
3. do the same for Windows Vista.plist in the folder
4. do this for both

I honesty feel like I have Windows on my iPhone. This theme is super smooth and looks so nice. The start menu is made perfectly to with everything usefully and it has a ton of folder space for everything else. I really like the wallpaper switcher and the start menu icon switcher its just easy to use. Over all its just an amazing theme and Im glad I got to help out with this.

Looks awesome bro! I really enjoyed beta testing this one for you! You did a great job with it! The start menu looks great and functions really well, I was scared at first that the different things on there would be hard to tap, however none of them are so very well done there! I like that you added the ability to change the picture on the start menu as well. I also really like your wall paper selection, that's no easy to do for themes but for this vista theme you did good! I love the LS, really nice touch there for a tap to unlock on the arrow as if you typed in a password on the computer and "clicked" the arrow to login!! The folders look great and really like that there is a good amount of them to really organize your apps, so again great job on all the categories!

I agree with moose about the sizing and if you have something like cydia and ipod on the start menu i would leave it off the home screen but those are just some ideas

i changed the text font and made it bigger and changed the ipod image to calendar
tell me if you like it

It does look better my only thought and i have win 7 so its only speculation and I do know that is a mock up but all the text on my start menu is the same size so I think it might look better if you use the same size font on all the text on the menu
still I want to see where you take this it should be good

update: i made the folders smaller and changed the text on them so they had an outer glow so you could see the label in dark wallpapers

Thanks I'm about halfway done by now. The folders open with appgrids. The only thing I pretty much have left to do is the startmenu and the my computer window.
