Describe your problem thoroughly and do you have sbsettings because if you do that will help.

If you are still having problems then call the phone, answer then hit the home button and go to dreamboard and select default theme. That should fix your problem

Try "ScreenRecorder" for windows themes, go into the screenrecorder.app and change the button to a mouse pointer, and go to settings and check "always show button", works great...
