Thanks Guys! It's available on Cydia now. I just haven't made an official announcement yet
And yes, it comes with a .PSD for skinning Cydia apps.

Hi Def. I'm working and adding more all the time, so hang tight. It's a slow process. I will upload an update to Cydia as soon as I've made more progress. I've gotten a lot more of the UI themed and it's looking better. I've actually added a bit of cobalt blue trim. You'll see that in the update. I'm no stranger to graphics, but this is my second theme and I'm still in the learning curve as far as getting it tricked out to the max
