[Release] ARC'd HD/SD - SBSettings Added

This is a new theme I've been working on, its called ARC’dHD.

Initial Release Includes:

* All stock icons

* A few 3rd party apps

* Auto create apps

* Some standard UI Sounds

** BOTH THEMES NOW AVAILABLE ON CYDIA **

The method behind ARC’d HD is to create a clean, crisp and unique iPhone theme.
