I found this robot security speaking lock & unlock sound in cydia last night which I think really suit this theme very well.
I have use iRinger with boost to make it sound louder and I'm using it right now.
Just copy to your main theme uisound folder and overwrite then use winterboard and deselect and select the main theme and press home button to let it respring and volia.
