    I did restore from a backup, but it worked just fine on my old phone. Idk why it's doing this. And if it doesn't crash my phone, it loads with no background or preview images, just names, and Default is missing.

    Then restore and make it a new device. Then jailbreak it again and reinstall everything. When you restore from a backup, it loads a lot of old cydia files and most of them become corrupted

    Alright. So as Nickio said about using AppGrids, I used this to make my folder icon (Button):

    Code:
    <dict>
      <key>Actions</key>
      <array>
         <string>launch FavoriteAppsAppGrid</string>
      </array>

      <key>Frame</key>
      <string>100,300,65,85</string>

      <key>Image</key>
      <string>$ROOT/Images/APPfolder.PNG</string>

      <key>ViewType</key>
      <string>Button</string>

      <key>id</key>
      <string>FolderIcon</string>

    </dict>
    And

    Code:
    <dict>
            <key>AllApps</key>
            <false/>
            <key>Apps</key>
            <array>
                 <string>com.......etc</string>
            </array>
            <key>Alpha</key>
            <real>0.0</real>
            <key>UserInteraction</key>
            <false/>
            <key>ClipToBounds</key>
            <true/>
            <key>Cols</key>
            <integer>3</integer>
            <key>Rows</key>
            <integer>3</integer>
            <key>Frame</key>
            <string>15,15,230,300</string>
            <key>GapX</key>
            <integer>77</integer>
            <key>GapY</key>
            <integer>85</integer>
            <key>IconHeight</key>
            <integer>85</integer>
            <key>IconWidth</key>
            <integer>65</integer>
            <key>PageHeight</key>
            <integer>340</integer>
            <key>PageWidth</key>
            <integer>230</integer>
            <key>ViewType</key>
            <string>AppGrid</string>
            <key>id</key>
            <string>FavoriteAppsAppGrid</string>
    </dict>
    I'd like to know how do I make the button open the folder . I thought I'd have to add:

    Code:
    <string>launch FavoriteAppsAppGrid</string>
    But I'm not sure. Please let me know.

    well you only use "launch" when you want to launch an actual application.
    for example <string>launch com.facebook.Facebook</string>

    that will launch the facebook app.

    but since you want to open up an appgrid it is different.
    if it is in the mainview then all you have to do is pretty much show it.
    because your alpha value in your appgrid is 0 (which means it is not visible)
    you have to make it 1
    so instead of what you have make it
    <string>views.FavoriteAppsAppGrid.alpha = 1</string>

    which will then show your appgrid on the screen. and then you need a button which will hide it once you open it up.

    I appreciate the response. I tried that and it did not work. The button shows up but when clicked upon, the AppGrid doesn't open. I don't see anything in the plist file that could be stopping it from opening.

    well in your appgrid it says "<string>com.......etc</string>"
    thats not a valid application.
    it needs to have an application in there.
    try putting com.wynd.dreamboard in there and test it out

    Yeah, I've been reading the DreamBoard wiki for a while now. I'm still a noob when it comes to theme development so it'll be cool if I can just get the folders to work for now. Can you private message me your email address so I can send you the plist?

    Let's start with making it easier to create folders and re-arranging icons instead of the plists and "edit mode"

    That would be so incredibly difficult to rearrange apps the way that you are talking about. Folders however are incredibly easy to make and just take a scroll view with a background and an appgrid.

    The Honeypad theme for the iPad has an edit mode but it allows you to drag and drop existing items anywhere on the screen. It's pretty neat, I tried it on my iPad 2. Was hoping someone developed it for the iTouch.

    That looks cool man! Only thing is that the icons seem too big... or maybe that's just me?

    Hmm.. How do I add more pages to WyndWarriors Endroid theme (the one that comes pre-installed with Dreamboard which only has three pages)? I added more pages using ContentHeight and ContentOffsetX and added the programs I wanted. I can see the icons when I swipe but can't actually get to that screen, it just bounces back to the third page. Who can answer this noobs question? STAND!
