My opinion:
1st icon: I cannot remember but I have already seen this form for icons.
2nd icon: more "classic" but The blue rays looks good!

And "in live" on The phone?

About the icon shape already in use...I don't recall seeing something like that, either way won't stop me from using it because that's like saying the round corners are already in use, or square, etc...

As for the name, never heard of him before. I actually thought I invented that

besides of course of "se7en" that's commonly used. Anyways, I don't feel like I should give him credit but if it becomes an issue, I will.
