I like them! They are similar to the stocks but more stylized with brighter colors. Nice

May I suggest reducing the bevel of the phone? Its just a tad too thick right now

Only thing bugging me is that the clock is wrong, lol

It's 5 minutes to, but the hour hand is slightly past the hour, whereas it should be very slightly just before it. I know it's nitpicking, but it's bugging me :-D

It would be awesome if you made auto-create icons where the stock app icon shows where the phone icon screen is so you have little iPhone icons showing the apps.

I made a little Winterboard icon based on the iphone icon i made

I will probably change somthing on it becuase it was just a quick mockup.
And i dont really like that goofy style those glasses have

Foe the overlays did you guys mean this

if so tell me and ill put them up

You should have at least some sort of overlay or something to make the icons like they actual. are underneath the screen or have some sort of depth rather than just looking like they were pasted ontop of the phone icon

some more cropping on the top too so that the phone is bordering the icon in the center

Definetly incorporate the changes Snow suggested. The top border needs i would say another 5-10 pixels so that the icon is centered
