You must have WinterBoard and iFile installed to follow this guide.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Install the weatherFurikiOs4 widget from Cydia.
2. Now open this website Weather Location Codes/IDs
3. On this site in the search field put the city that you want to have in your widget and after you will get the code with 8 number write it down so you can put it later in the configureMe.js
4. Now open iFile from your iphone and go to this folder /Library/Themes/weatherFurikiOs4/Private/WeatherWidget/Private/ and in this folder you will find configureMe.js file that you have to edit
5. Now open and start to edit this file and go to this line var locale = "here you have to put the 8 number code".
6. After you do all this procedure restart your iphone and thats it you'll get what you were asking for.

For an iPhone 4 running 4.0.1 use:
Minus typos, that will bring you to the correct document. The first configure you see isn't used, you have to go deeper in to find the second.

Thanks a bunch for this!!
I like my old wallpaper though, is there a way to disable/remove the wallpaper included with the theme?

The only way to do it I know of is:
-Get a 320x480 picture (exactly 320x480)and copy it to the location of their wallpaper pic (iFile can do this. Find your camera roll in the files, copy your pic, paste it in their folder)
-Rename their pic (put a 1 in front of their version file name so you don't have to delete it.)
-Rename your pic what theirs was. Voilą. Magically yours will be there.

I've edited the configureMe.js every way I want (using the instructions above for a US city, even changing the tyle, and I still end up with Tashkent for my city. I am using 4.0.1 on an iphone for (and put the files in the /var/stash path.
EDIT - Nevermind, I was putting the js in the wrong path...move along...nothing to see here
/var/stash/Themes/WeatherFurik.theme/Private/WeatherWidget/Private is the right one of you are searching for an answer here.

navigate to Library/Themes/WeatherFurik.theme/
then in here navigate to:
part way down under #city change the word transparent to the code of the corresponding color you want.
Use this site to choose the color you want.
but I want red that's at the bottom of that page so I use the code #F30300
My line is now
click save, respring.
You can also change the temperature here.
To change the time and date color you need to go back to the root of the theme folder and use the file Widget.html and change those settings at the top under
Currently the color (that light greyish color is #d1d1d1 )
but I still can not get it to use the default wallpaper. I've tried tons of things and even tried using a transparent wallpaper or renaming to @2x but nothing works.

Gh- it's in weatherfurik/private/weatherwidget/private/stylesheets/myopia
In there, change city from "transparent" to "#FFFFFF" without quotes

Is there a way to use a HD wallpaper compatible with iPhone 4 and this widget at the same time?I'd rather be on two wheels.

Yes. Just make it the right size and follow the instructions in my earlier posts.
