just thought I would post this to let you guys know whats out there... *there is probably alot more these are just ones I use

Irfranview - Pretty cool program... can do some editing but I use it for bulk resizing pictures... does a pretty good job

Windows XP Powertoys - "Image Resizer" Powertoy ROCKS! you just select the file/files you want to resize and right click has presets and a few options...

Imageresizer Clone for Win7 - Same thing as above but for windows 7 ... maybe support Vista not sure

The Gimp - Sweet Opensource graphics program... similar to Photoshop but lacking in a few areas

GimpShop - Photoshop Clone built from "The Gimp" it's really just "The Gimp" with a more Photoshop like UI

Paint.NET - Haven't really used this one but people seem to like it and it's free

note* none of these will load the psd's (to my knowledge) but they are a starting place...

been using irfanview for years. It does a really good job with batch work, and loads of options.

I found the link to Floppy's Weather HD but i am not quite sure how to install it.
Do i rename the directory to a .theme and just put it in the theme folder or is there a little more to it.
Any help would be much appreciated. Floppy's Weather Mod is freakin awesome!

I took the Veeolay wallpaper by Lukeedee found here...

And turned it into an easy to use modification. The CHD Veeolay Mod. Just drag it into your Library/Themes folder and enable/disable in Winterboard.

Contains two wallpapers w/without shelves, dialpad skin and custom dock. When used with the base CHD Theme it looks great. I also included my LockScreen.css file in case you wanted to mod your LockScreen colors...

Well as most of you may know, I was not able to submit the update for Cydia last night due to modmyi, being down... I have everything ready, an tested.... I will be sitting down within the hour to make the submission. There is also a new blue ui mod that more closely matches the blue icons theme.
