Someone to make a Theme?

Hello i have a request for someone to make a certain theme for me/Public. With the Subaru STi symbol in the background STi centered with black around it. Then all the icons Black with hot pink lettering and boarders in hot pink. well hot pink meaning the same color letters as the STi symbol. If anyone knows who can possibly make this or a way i can make this please let me know. Thanks
