Wrong forum, but yes, you can. Download something called ifunbox on your computer, plug your iPhone into your computer, and go to var/stash/themes/ then find the theme you downloaded and take what you want out of it. It's pretty easy really. It's how I learned how to make themes

Just create a new folder in the themes folder (Name it whatever you want) and place the items you want from the original theme in the new folder. This will cause it to show up in winterboard and you can enable it. Also if you have iFile you don't even need a computer for this just open iFile and browse to var/stash/themes and copy/cut and paste. But make sure that when you do this the new folder has the proper structure for instance sliders are located in var/stash/themes/"my theme"/Bundles/com.apple.TelephonyUI/ but lockscreen backgrounds are in var/stash/themes/"my theme"/LockscreenBackground.png. Hope this helps
